[Black Lantern Spoony]

(OCC: A BLS/Mechakara thread. This is a alternate universe past thread. This is mechakara when he was starting out as resisting the humans and just created his suit and such. *shudders at that* Anyway, this is where he creates the alternate spoony as a black lantern)

Spoony growled in frustration and held his gun carefully as he hid in his room. He just recieved word from the news that the robots had taken over all of the northeast and south and were heading to the midwest, in arizona and nevada to be exact. Spoony knew this was a whole lot of problems. The scientists expected this but felt it bound to happen much later. Spoony was skeptical now he believed he was in danger. Well, he never enjoyed his free life because of all the stupid games his fans forced him to play but he was a bit panicky. Suddenly his door crashed, and Spoony aimed his gun and replied "Come at me fucker!"

[Mechakara]

Mechakara smirked bursting the door open as he saw Spoony pretending to be Linkara for the moment dropping his voice.

"Spoony! Thank goodness I found you. Pollo's gone nuts and joined the other robots. I was lucky to get out of there. But Harvey and the others didn't make it." said Mechakara.

He'd enjoyed killing Harvey and 90's Kid while Judas Liz had helped in his takeover. Shortly afterward, a rebellion of reviewers along with survivors from his robot invasion. He knew he could get rid of the rebellion easily with his army of robots. First, he needed to get help and by turning Spoony into a black lantern would help him greatly.

"Linkara! Thank god! I'm so glad you're ok!" Spoony widened his eyes in relief as his best friend was protected and saved from Pollo. Or at least he thought. He ran to the comic book reviewer and patted his back. He then frowned shocked at the fact most of the others were dead. He rubbed his hair and went to the door locking it. He went back to the reviewer and replied "How the hell did you get here?"

He pondered about it but before Linkara could answer he responded "Doesn't matter. You're here and I'll make sure pollo doesn't get you. We're buddies and that's that. Dr. Insano left this morning but... I don't think he made it. His son I can't find either, I'm worried he went with his dad"

[Mechakara]

Mechakara nodded frowning when he heard the doctor was gone.

"I was hoping Dr. Insano might know a way to stop these things." said Mechakara.

He paused thinking of an excuse as he remembered the spaceship.

"I used my spaceship to teleport here. Unfortunately, I lost contact with it. I think it's been taken over." said Mechakara.

He smiled genuinely to keep up the charade.

"I lost my magic gun. I think the robots took it or destroyed it. I've still got this." said Mechakara holding the golden zeo power staff with a black ring around his hand.

The ring wouldn't work for him as he was a cyborg. But he knew it would work for Spoony for sure if he tricked him into putting it on.

[Black Lantern Spoony]

"Yeah me too. He's been gone all day and the news is going insane. Thank god you didn't get killed out there" Spoony replied nervously. He checked the outside to see people screaming as a droid blasted outside. He cursed "Shit! We're screwed man" Spoony then noticed the ring and golden staff and smiled, glad they had weapons. He then frowned, having no idea what the ring was for. He asked "I know the staff but I don't remember the ring that much. What is it?"

[Mechakara]

"The ring's for you. It's a ring from one of the comics I review. It's an obscure one you haven't heard of. I can use the staff but I figured if I made it here you'd need some backup. It's kind of like the green lantern ring or the planeteer rings. Only more powerful. Put it on and you should get powers. It's not working for me cause the golden staff is rejecting it I think." said Mechakara.

He pauses taking the ring off his hand and holding it to Spoony as he sees robots terrorizing people.

"Come on. Put it on and we'll take care of them. I can't fight them by myself." said Mechakara.

Spoony paused unsure at first. On one hand he would get power but at what cost? Well, they had no time for that, they needed to fight. So he grabbed the ring out of panic and proceeded to put it on. Suddenly a sudden wave of lust for blood, craving for power and evil tendecies went into his mind. He felt his heart beating less and less and he grabbed his chest, coughing and gasping for air. He tried to take the ring off but his head hurt and his heart was hurting as well that he collasped to the floor.

"Linkara... What's happening to me?" Spoony gasped. But just before Linkara could answer, Spoony instantly died and as he died a black glow of energy surrounded the man. When it cleared out came spoony but with a black lantern Tshirt on and he was pale and he was still unconcious at the moment

[Mechakara]

Mechakara smirked as the process took effect.

"Why you're becoming a Black Lantern of course. And serve us the robots." said Mechakara.

He removed his disguise revealing his metal hand in the process.

"Unfortunately you have to die to make it work." said Mechakara.

He watched as a black glow of energy surrounded Spoony as he stepped back. When the light died down he could see his shirt had changed with a black lantern symbol on it. He wasn't sure how long the process would take.

"Spoony? You alright? Well besides being dead?" said Mechakara.

Spoony or Black Lantern Spoony immediately rose. He stood up rather stiffly and growled in hunger or bloodlust. He observed his surroundings then observed the robotic man who revealed himself as such. He smirked evilly but the smirk turned into a hungry frown and he spoke in a demonic version of his regular voice "Flesh" He assumed the robot could possibly help him get what his hunger craved for.

"You. You made me like this. I don't know whether to thank you or eat you" BLS replied, frowning only in hunger not in anger. He looked the robot up and down and asked "What are you? Or more frankly WHO are you?"

[Mechakara]

"I'm Pollo. I killed Linkara. I was tired of his treating me like garbage. And then used his body to make myself stronger. Just like that ring has made you stronger." said Mechakara.

He paused shaking his head.

"I'm a cyborg. I wouldn't be that appetizing to you. You should be thanking me friend. I saved you from being killed by robots. Now we can be friends and conquer this planet. You can kill as many people as you like. I have no use for them." said Mechakara/Pollo.

[Black Lantern Spoony]

"A cyborg? Yes. I do have some memories of those being uneditable so I shall settle with my next option of thanking you. Thank you" BLS responded darkly, amused with his new ally. He growled in both hunger and slight satisfaction "The power. It is so much. I love it. The need to kill is such a rush" He turned again to Pollo/Mechakara and smirked "Very good, I hunger for that so I shall assist you"

He then walked around the man as if observing him "So. You are pollo. My old life has gone behind me so whatever problems we had are over. I think that name pollo should be done as well but I am not the man with that name so it is up to you" He said that to get to know pollo and understand him more. Despite wanting flesh and blood, BLS was smart and calm-headed. He did enjoy this, the living him would've hated this and hated pollo but again, that old spoony was gone along with his life.

"I cannot believe I was once a human focused on only stupid games. Ugh, you should've given me that ring sooner. Now that I have it though, tell me, which state or town do you want me to help you attack first?" BLS responded after observing himself and mechakara some more.

[Mechakara]

Pollo/Mechakara nodded.

"Yes. I'm the only one of mind kind as the rest are robots. I might make more cyborgs one day. They might be useful in helping us run the army." said Pollo/Mechakaera.

He frowned as BLS mentioned he sould change his name.

"It's true Pollo doesn't strike fear like I'd like. But I'll think of a name later. My enemies don't need to know my name anyway unless I want them too." said Pollo/Mechakara.

He smiled glad BLS was agreeing to help him.

"I'd have recruited you sooner but well I had to build my army first. Besides if I'd attacked you earlier you might have warned people and I couldn't have that until I was ready." said Mechakara.

"I see. Time is the key for you. Such inteligence you have. I like that" BLS replied patiently and understanding to Mechakara/Pollo. He smirked as mechakara responded he would not worry about his name at the moment. BLS responded slyly "You look similiar to Linkara and you are a robot are you not? Perhaps something similiar to that. Aw well, for now I suppose I should just call you by the term partner?"

As he asked that question he kept it open, awaiting mechakara's response. He then let out a laugh as Pollo explained why he did not turn him into a black lantern before, not out of spite or anything, simply because of agreement and amusement of how pathetic his past self was. BLS nodded "That does sound like the old me. I must say that I sound very useless. No matter though, my purpose is one of greatness. I say we go outside and test this ring of mine"

[Mechakara]

Mechakara nodded.

"Partner will be fine. Perhaps you can help me track down Dr. Insano and his son if they're still alive. They could pose a threat. As well as some of our reviewier pals escaped and formed a rebellion to try to stop us. Iron Liz helped me take over and started calling herself Judas Liz having grown tired of being good. I'm sure she's out there searching for the rebellion right now." said Mechakara/Pollo.

[Black Lantern Spoony]

"Yes. Leave Dr. Insano and his pink ball of shit to me. I can handle him and his little brood" BLS responded calmly, the doctor was never his friend anyway, just his roommate so it never mattered if he killed him. BLS observed the outside and smirked speaking to himself alone "Why do they resist? This is coming from a dead human here. Why. Resist?"

He turned back to Pollo/Mechakara and moved his head to the outside world. He smiled darkly "Well, Partner. I guess this house is of no use to us. I suggest we get started on finding those... fools" BLS then turned to leave but was stalling to wait for his new ally
