A Brand New World (Open)

[Jake Berenson]

(ooc: July 22nd. Morning.)

Jake got dressed thankful he had some clothes that had been given as he wouldn't have to wear the same ones. But he was annoyed he'd lost his freedom. He supposed being a hero ending up in a villain army in this war was bound to happen. It wasn't like he asked to come here but he guessed he was grateful he wasn't locked in a cell or dead. Sure the collar he was still getting used to and he couldn't morph but he was alive. So he'd have to bide his time and maybe find a way to escape. Or at least see if anyone else from his world made it here.

He grabbed his clothes, and a towel taking a trip to the bathroom and took a quick shower. Afterward he changed into a red t-shirt, red shorts, and blue boxers. He decided to go barefoot as he didn't plan on going outside. He wasn't sure if he was even allowed to leave the house at the moment so he didn't want to tempt fate. As he walked into the kitchen he smelled something delicious.

"Mmm. Smells good." said Jake.

He then realized he wasn't alone and blushed. When the man introduced himself he smiled. Perhaps everyone in this army wasn't too bad. At least some were nice enough.

"I'm Jake.' said Jake.

He turned seeing the others arrive. Jasper seemed nice enough but Eleanor's stare and voice sent shivers down his spine. He hoped to not make her mad.

Shaggy turned seeing the kid and smiled. He was reading a red shirt, blue jeans, and a pair of red boxers. He was also barefoot.

"Well I'm cooking it so I hope it smells good. I'm Shaggy. Have a seat. Breakfast will be ready shortly." said Shaggy.

Jasper walked out spotting the pair. He was dressed in a white T-shirt, blue shorts, and red boxers. He smiled at them both. He over heard them introduce themselves and he waved to the newcomer.

"Good morning. I'm Jasper." said Jasper.

Eleanor Tremaine walked out spotting the group. She was dressed in a purple dress similar to the one she always wore but it was a bit more modern. She smiled at the others being polite as she overheard names. She decided to introduce herself as well.

"Hello. I am Lady Eleantor Tremaine. Welcome to the army Jake.' said Eleanor.

[Sibella]

Deceit, Alucard, Remus, Horace and Scooby all came down thanks to either the smell or the noise. Scooby went over and sat near shaggy, willing to help with or at least steal the food. He turned to see everyone say hello to jake and he wagged his tail and replied "Rello rim rooby" He then heard the door ring and was about to get it when he saw Alucard offer to take it.

"Oooh I just love the company that keeps on coming don't you deceit?" Remus replied cheerfully. He in his green bathrobe came by and sat down to the table, hearing shaggy say breakfast was coming and remus replied "I don't know about the rest of you but I'm starving" He turned to shaggy and replied "Whatever you're cooking it certainly smells amazing" He then turned to jake and offered his hand "I'm Remus but friends call me the duke" He then turned to hear the door and replied "Someone get that please?"

Deceit, in his more refined pajamas of black and golden colors, rolled his eyes at his hyper friend remus before turning to reply politely to jake "Greetings Jake. I am Deceit. Pleasure to meet you" He then heard the door but heard alucard offer to get it and noticed him speaking to a young girl but overall paid no mind to it. He then sat next to remus and proceeded to patiently wait for the food.

Horace had been pretty darn quiet all things considered but he was more overwhelmed by the war than his brother was. But he knew he had to be there for his brother. He wore similar to his brother but red shorts instead of blue ones. He turned to him and replied "Heya jasper good to see you" He then turned to jake and replied "Name's Horace nice to meet ya" He then turned curiously to alucard and noticed a young lady at the door

Alucard was overall in his clothes, not in pajamas. Because he didn't need lots of sleep and watched the camp for most of the night. So he went over to the group curiously and then turned to see jake not exactly evil like shaggy. So he assumed he was yet another prisoner. As such he was more polite than usual to get on their good side "Greetings jake. I am alucard" He then noticed the door and at remus' request he replied "I shall get it" He then went over and sensed that another vampire was here. He opened the door and saw a very young girl. Children vampires were rare unless their parent was one or both were. He was very calm and accepting of children, and although he was a vampire hunter he didn't think much of harming children. Most if not all the vampires he hunted were evil adults anyway. So he was quite alright with the girl. As she introduced herself he replied "Greetings little one, I am alucard. You are welcome to come in, you must be tired"

Sibella tried to hide from the sun as she went to the house. She had arrived very early in the morning and was overwhelmed. She had no idea where she was and definitely had no idea how to get home. She just wanted food and rest until further notice that was for sure. She yawned as she went over to the house and knocked on the door. She waited for a answer and saw a older gentlemen open the door and she replied shyly "Hello. I am sibella. I wish to stay here for the moment. I am lost. I feel absolutely batty" She then was allowed entrance and then she noticed her teacher and replied curiously "Mr. Shaggy? Mr. Scooby? Is that you two?"

Jake chuckled.

"If your food is that good you might want to open a restaurant someday." said Jake.

He paused seeing many arrivals and some looking like a vampire and a werewolf.

"And I thought being able to turn into animals was weird." said Jake.

He grinned at Deceit.

"Deceit. What a unique name." said Jake

Shaggy paused seeing Scooby join them and shook his head.

"Come now Scooby. We can make something special for us once the others get fed." said Shaggy

He paused in shock looking over to see not only Sibella but Winnie as well.

"Sibella? Winnie? What are you two doing here?" asked Shaggy.

Hearing Jasper's compliments he blushed.

"You really like my food that much?" asked Shaggy.

He chuckled at the mention of a restaurant.

"I would but I'd probably eat myself up and go bankrupt. Or Scooby Doo would." said Shaggy.

He went back to cooking making bacon, eggs, and sausages for everyone. He tossed some bacon to Scooby hoping it'd tide his hunger over as he soon had plates of food for the group. He then got himself and Scooby plates giving them both some food as well.

"Dig in everyone." said Shaggy.

He paused turning to their monster guests as he pulled out some bottles of what looked like ketchup but was blood.

"Alucard? Sibella? Are you hungry? We have spares. I think Malachite, Rita and the others whipped some up as we had vampire members and we couldn't have them go hungry." said Shaggy.

He paused at Winnie's words and grinned.

"Well, it kinda helps that I am a werewolf now. Long story short I was turned into a werewolf by Dracula. But he wasn't your dad. Come to think of it I've met several vampires called Dracula. I wonder if it's a family name. But I cured myself after winning a monster race to replace a werewolf who retired. After I got here I was a werewolf again. I became Facilier's familiar so I could switch back and forth between werewolf and human." said Shaggy.

Jasper watched amused as the man's interaction with his dog. You could tell the pair were best friends and Shaggy being one of the army cooks he was surprised Shaggy and Scooby alone hadn't eaten them out of house and home. Now they had digital clones of the pair as well. At least he didn't have a big stomach. He'd often made sure his share was smaller so his brother wouldn't go hungry. And it had become a habit. He didn't always have a big appetite but his brother did.

"Give him a dog biscuit or something. I don't mind." said Jasper.

He turned to grin to see his brother.

"Hello Horace. Been awhile since we got to chat. I swear with Shaggy's cooking we're all going to get fat." said Jasper.

When the food was delievered he began eating and grinned.

"Definitely glad you're on our side." said Jasper.

When Shaggy mentioned he was a werewolf now he shrugged.

"Can't say I blame you. Getting to go back and forth is better than being stuck in one form." said Jasper.

Eleanor was annoyed at the dog coming in.

"Dogs should be outside and definitely not interfering with the meals." said Eleanor, annoyed.

She raised an eyebrow at Scrappy's threat.

"Talking dogs. I think this war is getting more bizarre ever day." said Eleanor.

As she ate the food she couldn't deny it was good and smiled.

"I quite agree. With a chef like you here, definitely improves this army." said Eleanor.

She raised an eyebrow.

"A werewolf? I suppose that makes sense that you're so close with dogs." said Eleanor.

Scrappy walked in glaring at Eleanor.

"Don't talk that way about my uncle Scooby or I'll splat you!" said Scrappy.

He then looked up seeing Winnie and Sibella.

"Winnie! Sibella! So good to see you uagain." said Scrappy.

He hugged both of them and got himself a plate as the food was served.

"Oh boy. This is going to be good." said Scrapppy.

He soon began eating always enjoying Shaggy's food.

Winnie had arrived the night before and had stayed in a room to herself. She'd been a bit tired but she smelled food. And as she got closer she heard familiar voices.

"Shaggy! Scooby! Scrappy! Sibella! Wow. I didn't think I'd run into you three again or see Sibella here. Now I don't feel so alone." said Winnie.

When Shaggy served up food she took her plate smelling the sausages and bacon and grinned.

"You sure know how the way to a werewolf's heart." said Winnie.

As she began eating she smiled seeing Shaggy was thinking of Sibella and Alucard.

"Still the same old coach. Always making sure we have everything." said Winnie.

She paused at Shaggy's confession.

"You were a werewolf after you left and became one again. That's so cool." said Winnie.

She paused at his words.

"I think Dracula might be the last name of the family. The other Draculas you met might have been distant cousins of Sibella's father." said Winnie.

[Scamp]

(OCC: Hope you don't mind me introducing tanis, elsa, scamp and Annette here lmao)

Scooby nodded as shaggy told him to wait and did not complain. As such he sat down awaiting his turn. He smiled as he got a little something to wait. He then smiled to shaggy and jasper as they commented on his cooking and that scooby was so hungry he'd eat them out. He giggled at Shaggy's comment that scooby would definitely eat more than enough "Rit's rue. Rhaggy rand ry rove rood" He then gratefully ate the bacon. He smiled as Jasper and Eleanor praised shaggy, thrilled that people finally saw how talented his friend was. He replied "Rhaggy ris reat rith rood, re's reat rith everything!"

He then saw Eleanor criticize his prescence. He tried to take it in stride, but by his ears he felt a little hurt by her words. Still, he understood why, she was supposed to be quite snooty, ever since she came she was a bit uppity. Suddenly he noticed scrappy and tried to appease the situation, wanting to avoid a fight "Rappy! Rat's rot rice!" Scooby annoyedly corrected as scrappy spoke rudely to Eleanor. Yes it wasn't nice but it was also the fact that he didn't want to get on anyone's bad side here. He smiled sheepishly to Eleanor and replied "Rorry miss. Re's really rose to re" He then picked scrappy up and whispered to him "Rappy, ry to re rice rext rime. Rank rou ro" He then smiled as he was given a plate and was about to eat when Sibella and Winnie came into the door.

Scooby smiled delightfully and went over to sibella and Winnie, even giving them a quick hug "Rinnie! Ribella! Rello. Ry ram rappy ro ree rou. Rome reat, rit's reakrast rand rou reed rood" He then sat near shaggy and ate some food, staying near Winnie and sibella. Sibella sat and explained her family tree and scooby nodded not having too much to add. Then suddenly, shock of shocks, came elsa, tanis and two other dogs. The two dogs looked to be around scrappy's age. He was excited by elsa and tanis though and allowed both girls to hug them. As elsa went to go hug shaggy, he hugged tanis, aware that tanis was fond of him the most "Raw, rello ranis, ry rissed rou roo"

Deceit meanwhile was focused on Jake, not entirely focused on scooby, scrappy and shaggy. He then nodded and smiled as jake praised him "Thank you. That is nice of you to say" He then rolled his eyes as remus rudely talked for them about the weirdness of the situation. He raised his hand to silence remus and replied "What remus means is that you get used to it" He then allowed all new members come and smiled to them "Welcome new members. You're just in time for breakfast. Make yourselves comfortable" He then turned to jake and replied "You should eat too" He then ate his plate and replied to shaggy "Indeed. Be proud, shaggy. You have talent"

Remus beamed brightly as jake replied about the situation "Oh you think this is weird? When I arrived there was so much animals coming at me at once. And people. And aliens. And all types of things. You'd be surprised what this place has. Deceit will tell you it's so much fun and exciting. Isn't having weird stuff happen great?" He then was silenced by deceit and nodded as deceit translated for him "Oh boy I'm starving. Let's eat" He then proceeded to eat Shaggy's food and gasped in delight "Shaggy! This is the most amazing breakfast I ever had. I want this for the rest of my life forever and ever" He ate some more and replied "It's so good! Sooooo good!"

Alucard smiled at Shaggy's thoughtfulness for him but said overall nothing and gave a thank you to shaggy before allowing the girls, along with some other new girls and two dogs to enter. He nodded a greeting but was a bit hungry and ate the blood. Horace meanwhile smiled to his brother and laughed "Yeah, with Shaggy's cooking I swear I'm fatter than I already am. The lad's got talent" He then replied to jasper "Yeah it has jasper. We should catch up right now. How's it been with you?"

Sibella turned to see Winnie first and replied "Oh Winnie! Thank goodness! I was so worried, Miss Grimwood was trying to find you and so was I. I flew all over the state to see if you were there" She then smiled giving her friend a hug "It's fangtastic to see you!" She then smiled widely at the sight of Scrappy, Scooby and Shaggy. She was so fond of her teachers and was glad to see them. She gave scooby and shaggy a quick hug as shaggy sat down from being done with cooking. She replied "Mr. Shaggy and Scooby! I'm so glad you're here!" She then hugged Scrappy "Oh scrappy, I am so happy you're here too. Makes this situation so much less batty" She then shrugged as shaggy asked her what she was doing here "I wish I knew shaggy, I was just trying to find Winnie when I got here too. I think this might be the work of revolta maybe" She then gasped in delight as Tanis and Elsa came to the door and hugged them "Elsa, tanis, Winnie is here! And so is Mr. Shaggy, Mr. Scooby and Scrappy!"

She then nodded as Shaggy explained his werewolf situation. She then made a annoyed, embarrassed face "You must of met my uncle. Daddy told me he's the black sheep of the family because he cheats and does bad things to humans. Daddy tells me that's not okay. Dracula is our last name but my daddy likes it so much he insists people call him that" She then replied ashamedly "Daddy says magic is meant to be nice to people. Scare people sure but not like that. I'm sorry my uncle did that"

Elsa held onto tanis' hand as they travelled and she replied insistently "Tanis, you don't let go of my hand until we're safe ok?" Tanis nodded and sucked her thumb as they travelled. They were both tired and scared but elsa was determined to find her friends, and tanis insisted to come. They saw Sibella and exclaimed in joy and rushed. Elsa held onto tanis tightly as they went. Elsa then replied "Well I'll be! There you are sibella! Don't run off like that!" She then widened her eyes as sibella showed them Winnie, shaggy, scooby and scrappy. She exclaimed in joy "Winnie!" She gave her a hug before turning to the two dogs and shaggy. Giving a quick hug to scooby and scrappy she replied "Aw I missed you scrappy and scooby! School isn't as fun without you!" She then replied in absolute joy "Coach Shaggy! It's you!" She then rushed and gave shaggy a big, loving bear hug in delight

Tanis was absolutely delighted when they found Winnie and sibella "Winnie! Sibella! You're okay!" She then saw her teachers as sibella commented. Joyful she gave a quick hug to scrappy and shaggy "Coach shaggy, coach scrappy! You being here is such a treat! I'm so happy my bandages may burst!" She then raced to hug scooby and hugged him tightly "Scooby, I missed you so much!" She hugged him and then. While elsa was hugging shaggy, she replied "Oh hi everyone. I'm tanis, that girl hugging shaggy is elsa, and you must've met my friends sibella and Winnie already"

"Scamp, I'm scared" Annette replied nervously. She stuck beside scamp and wandered a bit, nervously looking around. She was scared. This was WAY far from home and she didn't want to go to the pound. She smiled as scamp assured her then followed him as he sniffed more dogs and went in pursuit. She then sat obediently, seeing people eat and didn't want to disturb but was relieved her brother did that for her.

"I know. It's okay sissy, you'll be fine. I'll protect you" Scamp replied confidentially. He and Annette didn't always get along but scamp adored his sister and would not let her be frightened. He would protect her from danger. He would make sure of it. He then sniffed and replied "Dogs? More dogs?" He then widened his smile "Maybe they can help us" He then moved around, letting his sister follow. He then saw people eat and then noticed a couple dogs. He then replied to the entire group "Hey. Excuse me. Is there a map to tell us how to get back to 129 Reserve Lane please? My sister and I are lost!"
