Cleaning Can Be Fun (Open)

[Kirby]

(ooc: June 11th. Morning.)

Kirby was on having a portal electric pack built into him so he no longer ran out of power. He had thanked the scientists for that awhile ago and now was just cleaning the rooms. He vacuumed up dust, food, and other trash he found on the floor. Anything too big he left for others to grab that had hands. He soon made his way to the living room to clean it.

He frowned as Verna got water everywhere.

"Great another mess to clean up." said Kirby.

Littlefoot walked out. He hadn't seen the vacuum before and was a little scared.

"What is that? Is it a monster?" asked Littlefoot.

He shivered as the water hit him.

"I didn't want a bath." said Littlefoot, annoyed.

Roses walked out hearing Littlefoot and chuckled.

"Of course not Littlefoot. He's a vacuum. In his world appliances could come to life. They had to hide it there but they don't here. We have a couple other talking appliances here but I haven't seen Radio or Lampy in awhile." said Roses.

Roses shivered as the water hit her.

"Maybe we should do things the normal way." said Roses.

Verna walked out next with a grin.

"Kirby has the right idea. We're already into summer. We missed spring cleaning. Guess we'll have to do a summer cleaning instead." said Verna.

She chuckled and waved her wand as a couple brooms and mops flew out of cthe kitchen along with a bucket of water that tipped and soaked everyone but Kirby.

Verna then looked sheepish.

"Perhaps you are right." said Verna.

Nani walked out only to get soaked by the bucket as well. She sighed.

"Well that's one way to wake up in the morning." said Nani.

She was surprised for once it wasn't one of Jumba's crazy inventions or the latest experiment. Only to remember they were no longer back home as she sighed. Stitch, Jumba and Pleakley were all back in Hawaii now. She wondered if they even had a home. With them gone who knows how bad the fighting between the two groups of aliens had gotten. Probably Coba Bubbles or David would be helping them out. At least she hoped so. She grabbed one of the moving mops and began mopping up the water herself.

[Lilo]

Lilo was looking for her sister for some unrelated reason before water dumped onto her also. Lilo couldn't help but laugh about it and then heard Verna mention cleaning. Lilo couldn't help but make a slight face at the sound of that "B-but cleaning the normal way takes so long and it's boring" Lilo then turned to see Roman enter the scene and reply that anything can be made fun with the right mindset. Lilo watched as the prince actually got down to work. Patton came up not long after to join them. Lilo giggled as she joined roman in dancing while cleaning part of the living room.

Roman couldn't help but scream as he got wet. While he was definitely fashion focused, he wasn't upset, just a bit disturbed by his clothes and hair being wet "Ahhh! My hair! My beautiful hair!" He then turned to verna, realizing she was the culprit and decided to be as nice as possible. She was disney's legend according to him, it was purely an accident. He patiently smiled and replied "Oh no no the magic is fun for sure, keep doing it but maybe don't use it for small things like cleaning, dearest godmother" He then heard Lilo's comment about cleaning being boring and replied "Why little lilo anything can be made fun if you try hard enough" He then grabbed a broom and sweeping pan, replying with a big grin "Now I agree work is not always the best idea for people but to quote mary poppins the legend herself 'In every job that must be done there's a element of fun' so we simply make it fun" Roman then started to whistle happily and took lilo by the hand, helping her dance while cleaning

"Ah! So wet!" Patton commented as he got poured from water. Knowing virgil and logan they would hate it, roman definitely did hate it for sure but probably would let it go since it was the fairy godmother. He on the other hand didn't mind it at all "Now that's what I call a summer shower!" He joked, laughing. He then turned to littlefoot and got a towel for the little dinosaur and helped him get dry. He then replied "Ooooh spring that's not really spring cleaning. Well let's put a SPRING in our step and get working!" He then laughed as lilo and roman started dancing and replied "Well roman you certainly know how to make a party from pantry cleaning"

Chowder came down not long after, having a magic bucket attack him and he shrieked "Ahhh! Demon bucket!" He then went to hide and turned in interest to kirby "Oooooh a talking vaccum? Hey roses, can I play with it can I? Can I? Can I?" Chowder then turned to see kirby and replied "Hey I'm chowder, wanna play?"

[Kirby]

Kirby was grateful for the helping as there's only so much a vacuum could do as he kept going. He paused glancing at the kid and frowned.

"I'm not a toy kid. I'm a tool used to cleaning." said Kirby.

Littlefoot paused watching before he frowned.

"I don't have any hands. How could I help?" asked Littlefoot.

Littlefoot nodded as he grabbed some towels and began cleaning the floor with them.

Verna grabbed a mop and began mopping up the water she spilled. She smiled waving her hand conjuring more cleaning supplies and handing them out to everyone.

"Start cleaning." said Verna.

She turned to Littlefoot.

"Well, you can wipe rags and towels with your feet. That'd be a big help." said Verna.

Roses watched amused as everyone kept cleaning.

"Guess we didn't need Mary Poppins to make cleaning magical and fun." said Roses.

She grabbed a broom and started sweeping. When she heard Roman mentioned Mary Poppins she laughed.

"Guess great minds think alike." said Roses.

Nani watched amused and turned to Lilo. She grinned grabbing a duster and cleaning near her and Roman. She'd missed spending time with her little sister and now was a good time to do it.

"Come on everyone. The more we clean, the faster we get done. And then we can do something else. Like watch a movie or play a game." said Nani.

[Lilo]

"Oh. Well can I help you clean? I mean cleaning by myself is no fun. At least I can do it with a friend right?" Chowder replied, trying to save his skin from being corrected. He then replied "And besides, you may not be a toy but you can still be fun!" Chowder then tried to help turn kirby on to suck on some of the dirt and dust in the kitchen.

"Indeed they do roses! I knew there was some culture in this place!" Roman of course was referring to knowing disney as culture. But Roman was a expert on disney, more than his other sides were. He was the inspired one and thomas loved disney and was inspired by them, ergo roman loved it. But he loved it for his own personal reasons. They romanticized princes, they showed love can come in all types of ways. But now he was focused on cleaning and he took lilo with him, allowing nani to come closer to inspect and spend time with her sister.

"Now lilo, do a little jig with me! A one, and a two and a three! Feel free to join along nani!" He then whistled a tune to help lilo dance.

Lilo couldn't help but laugh as roman acted silly. Lilo had a fondness for the prince already. But she kept slightly closer to nani and she grabbed her own rags to help clean the counters alongside roman. And as he whistled a tune she indeed started to hula and dance her way into cleaning. She then heard nani remind her that if they were faster, they'd do something else a little more fun. With some motivation thanks to her sister, she danced faster, cleaning a bit more.

Patton also laughed and responded to roses "That's roman alright. He knows to think outside the box" Patton then got a broom and started to sing "A spoonful of sugar helps the medicine go down, the medicine go dooown the medicine go down" He then kept doing that as he helped the others clean. He turned to Nani's motivation and replied "Nani's right folks. Make sure to get every part of this area clean. It'll be faster if we do it right"

[Kirby]

Kirby's mood was lighteneed a bit as the man said he could help clean. Maybe this kid wasn't so bad after all. He reminded him of his old master back when he was a kid.

"Sure you can help clean. The more the merrier." said Kirby.

Verna grinned as she kept cleaning after passing out supplies to everyone.

"I never thought people would enjoy cleaning like this. It's quite nice." said Verna.

She paused seeing the rags act after Roses snapped her fingers.

"Good heavens. I dropped my magic wand in the mop water." said Verna.

She picked it up conjuring umbrellas to stop everyone from getting soaked.

"Well at least we won't have to clean the ceiling." said Verna.

Littlefoot grinned as he used rag s on his feet to help the others clean.

"It's a little slippery but it's fun." said Littlefoot.

He watched Lilo and Roman dance and he laughed.

"That looked like fun too." said Littlefoot.

He gasped as he felt water.

"It's raining indoors?" asked Littlefoot.

He looked up seeing the rags and was surprised when Verna put the umbrellas.

"What are those?" asked Littlefoot.

Nani chuckled as she kept cleaning up the best she could staying near Lilo.

"Who knew I just needed to add some music and dancing to get you to help clean?" teased Nani.

She knew Lilo helped but often they had another experiment to stop or to clean up after so sometimes it felt like they cleaned up more then they should have. She frowned realizing just how much she missed Stitch, Jumba and Pleakley. They had become part of their Ohana and now they weren't here. She knew Lilo had to be missing them especially Stitch. She paused giving Lilo a quick hug.

"How about we get some ice cream once we finish cleaning up?" said Nani.

Suddenly she her head was soaked as the water fell from the ceiling hitting her.

"Great. Dancing cleaning rags." said Nani.

When Verna got umbrellas to help it stopped the rags from dripping further.

"That's a start." said Nani.

Roses watched grinning as Patton seemed to continue the trend a spoonful of sugar.

"If only we could just snap our fingers and make things put themselves away or clean up. Cleaning up would be done just like that." said Roses.

As she snapped her fingers suddenly a bunch of rags jumped out of a bucket and onto the ceiling starting to clean it but also dripping water everywhere. Then Verna conjured umbrellas which did help a little.

"Definitely need to be careful when mixing magic with cleaning." said Roses.
