Nostalgia Chick led a group through Chicago. They were tired of justing hanging out in the houses and the woods. Some had come with her and others were potentially joining them later. Chick wore a blue T-shirt, blue jeans, and white tennis shoes.

"So what do you guys think of Chicago?" asked Nostalgia Chick.

Audrey walked along with the group. The modern Chicago was very different than the worlds she'd left in the 1920's. She was glad Milo and Vinny were here so she had some familiar faces to talk to. She shrugged at the question.

"It's ok for a city. It is nice to get out for awhile though." said Audrey.

Grimhilde was silent. She didn't leave the house much as she wasn't used the modern world but she wanted to see more. She was dressed in an elegant purple dress not interested in the t-shirts and jeans. She was still a queen and would dress as close to one as she could.

Verna was dressed in a plain blue dress. She didn't like the modern clothes too much. She figured a dress would suit her just fine. And she was glad she wasn't the only one who wore one. She walked along with the group. She nodded as Chick spoke.

"It's very nice. It is hard to get used to this modern times but I'm trying." said Verna.

Harry was dressed in a red T-shirt and blue jeans. It still felt odd to be out of his Starfleet Uniform but he would just stand out dressed like that. And he didn't want his actor counterpart who played him in this universe in trouble if someone recognized him. Now he could pass for a lookalike and most would probably not care.

"Verna's right. It is hard to adjust at first but I think I'm getting the hang of things." said Harry.

Bruce Wayne walked along with the others wearing a black T-shirt and blue jeans. He decided to be casual for the moment.

"So anyone have any plans today besides just walking around town?" asked Bruce.

Dylan was not gonna lie. Going out seemed like the best option at the moment. Since Audrey was going, Dylan felt a need to participate. He was seen nearby and turned to Bruce who asked the question of what they should do "Well it's been a while since I've been in chicago, maybe we can find a place to eat or get some sightseeing going on" He shrugged, unsure of exactly what to do.

"Eh, it's like any other city. Big buildings. But gotta admit, I like this weird thing called the internet" Vinny admitted, he too wished to go out if anything to keep an eye on his friend. Sure she was a big girl but Vinny felt a big brother instinct with her. So he felt like he could use some fresh air.

Lumiere genuinely wanted to go out for outing sake. He felt a little cramped outside and felt compelled to follow the crowd. When asked of the city and the sight, Lumiere smirked amusedly "It is nothing like home as the others have said but I will admit it is a nice area. I say we definitely do more than just look at buildings. Maybe do something fun"

Bruce grinned.

"Well I heard Chicago has some of the best pizza. So could start there." said Bruce.

Audrey smiled as Dylan and Bruce talked about Pizza.

"Pizza sounds good to me. And we'd save on money too by buying some pizzas. It could be like two or 3 larges and have enough. Then we could also use the rest for sightseeing and exploring. Wish I'd brought a camera." said Audrey.

Grimhilde nodded.

"I've had pizza here before. Sounds good to me." said Grimhilde.

Verna nodded.

"That sounds good. We should decide on toppings though. Perhaps if we like different things maybe we should all get smaller sizes or something." said Verna.

Harry shrugged.

"I'm not picky. Anything's good. We can also go to a diner, They have more choices there if everyone doesn't want pizza." said Harry.

Nostalgia Chick nodded.

"I suppose not. Can take a tour sometime." said Chick.

Chick nodded at the suggestions of pizza.

"We can do both. If people want food at certain places we could order them all and then meet up somewhere to eat like a park." said Nostalgia Chick.

Dylan listened as bruce suggested pizza and the group agreeing to the idea "Well looks like it's settled. How about we split into duos or trios to get what we like? Now I want pizza so anyone who wants pizza can follow me. Anyone who wants anything else can go follow chick. Then like she said we meet up at the park. How's that sound?" He then noticed Audrey express the desire to have a camera. He smirked, he had his and decided to have a little fun. He snapped his fingers and immediately like magic his small mobile phone was in his hand "You can borrow mine"

"I like that plan! Sounds easy to me" Vinny replied "Also I'm starving I haven't had a good pizza in a while anyway" Vinny replied to both dylan and chick. He then waited for chick's say because she technically was the one in charge. Lumiere nodded his agreement all okay with the plan.

"Then pizza it is. The diner is probably the best bet. We can get pizza, drinks, ice rream and other food there." said Nostalgia Chick.

Nostalgia Chick smiled leading the group into the diner. Grimhilde, Bruce, Verna, and Harry followed her into the diner.

Audrey looked over as Dylan had a phone in his hand.

"A phone? I want to take pictures not make a call." said Audrey.

She paused for a moment.

"How did you get it so small? Last time I saw a phone they were so big and took so long to dial every number." said Audrey.

"The diner works too, good thinking Chick" Dylan replied humbly and kindly. He then turned to audrey, confused by her statement but then he belatedly realized she was from a different time. So certain technology was new to her. He explained patiently "Actually this phone can make pictures. It's a different era type of phone. Technology is massively improved in my universe" He then turned to the others heading to the diner and replied "I'll explain more once we get into the diner and get some chow"

"Ey! You lovebirds better keep up, don't wanna lose track of you" Vinny replied sarcastically, giving a slightly protective stink eye at dylan before heading inside. Lumiere was not far behind but he was near chick as he entered. Lumiere was a bit impressed with the improved diner and replied "So chick, you mean to tell me this place has varieties of food? Marvelous!"

Chick nodded.

"Yes. Diner's like this have a big menu of selections. You know there was something I was always curious about. What's the grey stuff? Is it some kind of pudding?" asked Chick.

A waitress asked how many in their group.

"Nine." said Chick.

The waitress leads them to a group of three tables pushed together. So the group spread out a bit. Chick and Audrey sat at the first table across from each other. Verna and Grimhilde sat at the second table across from each other. Harry and Bruce sat at the third table across from each oth er.

At Audrey's suggestion, Chick nodded.

"I'll take a Pepsi for a drink." said Chick.

Audrey blushed at Vinny's words. Sure she'd found Dylan handsome but the last time she'd fallen for someone it hadn't ended well. She had a small crush on Milo but he'd fallen for Kida and she definitely didn't want to come between them. And before that, people in her time expected her to be a certain way. So being a mechanic tomboy didn't fit their mold and she often got rejected or just dated jerks. But Dylan he didn't seem like any of those creeps at all.

"The world has changed more than I thought it would. What else can that little phone do?" asked Audrey.

She headed inside with Dylan to the others and sat at the first table with Chick.

"How about the Meat Lover's pizza, a veggie pizza, and one plain cheese one. That way we can all try a bit of everything." said Audrey.

She paused glancing at the drinks.

"I'll take a lemonade." said Audrey

Grimhilde noddeed at Audrey's suggestion.

"That sounds good to me. I'll take a sweet tea for a drink." said Grimhilde.

"I'll have a medium pepperoni pizza." said Grimhilde.

Verna nodded.

"Pizza sounds good to me too. I'll have some lemonade as well." said Verna.

Bruce shrugged.

"Those pizzas sound good to me as well. I'm not picky. I'll have a Dr. Pepper for a drink though." said Bruce.

"They sound good for me too. I'll take a root beer for my drink." said Harry.

The waitress nodded taking the orders but looked at the others for their drinks and if they wanted anything else.
