Operations didn't expect to see anyone from his old world there, but to his surprise Walter ended up there. Instead of helping him and fleeing the side they were on he made sure Walter was on the same side he was, and the opposite of the side he originally was with as he threatened him in all manners to get him to be loyal and it worked, even if Walter resented him for that.Operations could turn completely good but he wanted power as before, and he blamed good for all that he went through. To say that he had lost it was an understandment. Then again was it really different from the time he run section 1? Doubtful. Maybe a little but not much.
Doing things like most do didn't seem to do much difference, or so he thought so he wanted no part in it. This moment included. Operations stood by an obidient Walter as they waited for others from Facilier's army to meet up with them. Operations was proud of himself as Walter just stood there like a soldier, even if he complained from time to time.

Walter just stood there and waited for a commend from Operations but so far none. He waited for others from Facilier's army to join them. Just like Operations did. Walter was too furious to say anything but said nothing in fear of Operations making true to his threat. Walter wanted to stay a live to see Nikita again, Michael and others. Which was why he didn't try to fight Operations. At least for the time being. However, once Walter got free and was able to get away from Operations he planned to make him pay for it one way or another. For the time being he just took there by him as he did nothing just waited for orders and the rest of the army members.
