Jaime sighed as she looked around confused, she just arrived, and she was still rather confused by it all. She tried to figure out where she was and how she got there. Jaime never saw a place like that before, well she was from San Fransisco in her home world, so it was hard to get used to. Besides, even if she travelled a lot due to her job she didn't stay long enough to get to know a place better. However, for some reason, Jaime felt like she was still in America but other than that she was blank.  However, she figured that sooner or later she would figure it all out as she walked around lost in thoughts. Jaime used her bionic ear to try and hear if anyone was coming her way and sighed to that.

Dylan also was confused. One minute with the eye, the next here. All he knew was that he had to find his friends. He turned to see a woman also lost and replied "Hey miss. Hope I didn't freak you out. Do you have a idea where I might be or are you lost too?" He then jumped as a blue man appeared before them and he, as a defense mechanism, grabbed the girl to go behind him. He then pulled out a gun and replied "Back up!" Then when convinced that the blue thing was a friend, Dylan was willing to buy it so he dropped his weapon. He then crossed his arms "So you have a idea where we might be?"

Genie spotted Dylan and Jaime from miles away. He knew that they both were new around this place, due to them walking like headless chickens. So he decided it'd be best to guide them to the residence. Genie appeared before them, clumsily not realizing that they'd probably be spooked. The man immediately went to defense mode and Genie replied "Whoa whoa whoa! No need, officer!" He immediately became a nerd with glasses and replied "You wouldn't hurt a guy with glasses would you?" Before becoming himself again "Listen listen, I'm a friend. You both are lost I can tell and I can explain everything" He then nodded as Dylan asked where they were "Why you're in the windy city aka chicago my fine friend! I'm Genie, you know, from the film aladdin. I'm sure we're all new so let's introduce ourselves.. who are you both?"

Jaime looked around and stopped as she saw someone not too far away. she saw them after she heard them. "I am lost too. I really have no idea where are we" Jaime said to him and sighed to that. She looked around and back at him as she jumped slightly herself as a blue man walked over to them. Jaime was bionic but she was still human mostly except her eye, ear or ears anyway, her arm and both legs, as well as her liver. Also, the human side of her was in control so she could get scared at times and now was one of those times. The guy that showed up first didn't scare Jaime because she didn't see him do that but the blue guy did aa she did see him. However, when the other guy pulled her behind himself protectively she let him, even if she could protect herself to the most part but she didn't want trouble and didn't want to reveal that she was bionic or such or who knew how either one would react. Jaime wanted to avoid it at all cost. She watched what the guy who protected her did and sighed to that. As Jaime wondered if it would help against the blue guy if needed or not. She was convinced that the blue guy was a friend and not a foe and that he wasn't to hurt them more or less the same time the other guy did, if not a bit before. Jaime listened to them talk, as she walked out from behind the other guy. She sighed to that.

Jaime looked between them as she listened to them speak still. When the blue guy did what he did and said what he said she couldn't help but laugh. Jaime couldn't deny it was funny. When he told them where they were she was confused. Also it explained a lot, especially since Jaime only visited Chiago once or twice, so the place wouldn't be familiar to her no matter what. She still had no doubt that it wasn't her world at all. "It is a different world Chicago?" Jaime asked as she looked at the other guy and back at the blue guy. She looked between the two guys and sighed to that. Jaime normally could hear no matter how close or far someone was, unless it wss way too far or something like that as she had limits unlike Sarah Corvus, the original bionic woman. However, she disn't hear the first guy show up because she was too distracted to hear him or notice, especially since she was lost in her own thoughts. The other guy however, Jaime did hear and notice because she was no longer distracted and was focused. Which made her alert enough to hear the blue guy approach them. "The Genie from Aladdin? As in the guy in the bottle and such? I liked that moovie. I even liked the books! How is it possible that you are even real? I thought cartoons weren't real? Now I am not sure what to think anymore. On other hand since my life turned around and are what I used to think to be impossible, I guess I shouldn't be surprised that other things are possible too, huh?" Jaime said and sighed to that. "Alright, fair enough. I am Jaime Sommers and you?" She said and turned to the other guy, the one who protected her before that. "Thanks for protecting me so. Even so, it wasn't needed at all but I am grateful anyway, by the way"Jaime said to the other guy.

[Dylan Rhodes/Shrike]

"Well then it's best we stick together. Especially since we seem to be getting help" Dylan replied, giving a interested glance at Genie. Although he was a bit overreacting, Dylan was used to being cornered throughout his life, so he couldn't help but feel a bit edgy. He allowed Jaime and genie to introduce themselves before sighing "Name's Dylan Shrike" That was all he really wanted to say. He just met these two and telling them everything about him wasn't on his agenda quite yet. He then smiled as Jaime thanked him for protecting her "Hey, I just was being cautious. Seriously though, um, Genie, you kind of spooked me there" He then sighed "So yeah, what do you mean by chicago? Like your chicago? A whole new world maybe?" He smiled to himself "See what I did there?"

He then widened his eyes as he was scientitically brought here and two sides were trying to take the world for themselves. That he, and many others, were forced to be here. Dylan widened his eyes and replied "Yeah? You know if we can ever get back? Or if our friends can be sent here?"

Genie beamed at his new friends, Jaime and Dylan. Before then he replied "Yep you're in a whole new world. I saw that Dylan, I respect that that was funny" Genie beamed before snapping his fingers, revealing a chalkboard. He proceeded to draw down things as he spoke "Okay so this guy named Ask Thatguy and Facilier are both trying to take over the world. You're on my side" As he spoke, he showed facilier as 'Meany head' and Ask Thatguy as 'Poopy head' before showing himself as 'The hero!' and he drew a big machine with Dr. Insano written as 'Dr. something' and he replied "Okay so ask thatguy got a doctor scientist or whatever to make a transporter machine to send everyone from everything to chicago to help enslave people. My side, aka the Critic's army, is basically the good guy team" He then turned to his friends "Any questions?"

He turned to Dylan first and replied "Yes and yes. It'll take a while but we're working on a way to get you home. And yes, friends can be forced here too sadly"

"Sticking together is a smart move. Not to mention much safer! And yeah, agreed. Especially given the fact that we are getting help," Jaime said to him and sighed to that. She looked between him and the Genie, as she sighed not sure what to think of that. Jamie looked at Dylan and patted his shoulder as a sign of resprct and to let him know not to worry, since he was safe. She introduced herself after the Genie did. Jaime watcheed Genie and then she looked at Dylan. She looked between them for a while, and then she listened to Dylan as he introduced himself. "Nice to meet you Dylan Shrike," Jaime said to him with a smile. She wasn't about to tell them much about herself but she found them pretty intresting people just the same. Jaime thanked Dylan for protecting her as it meant a lot to her, even if she could protect herself. She listened to him with a smile. "Well, it was very sweet and kind of you to do that. Especially since we have only just met and all! You are quite the gentleman, to be honest with you. Which is a good thing but it is very rare situation too, to say the least," Jaime said to him. "To be honest there, you spooked me too, as I never met anyone like you before," she said as she looked over at Genie. Jaime looked between them again, as she listened to Dylan and laughed a bit at what he said, as she listened to whst he said next as she continued to laugh at that. "You are pretty funny guy, Dylan," she said to him.

Jaime looked at the Genie as she listened to him and then she looked at Dylan for a bit before she looked back at the Genie. "A whole new world? Sounds like a dream, except it's not a dream, is it?" She said and sighed to that. Jaime watched what the Genie did next, as she watched him confused. She then glanced at Dylan and back at Genie, as she continued to watch him. Jaime listened to what he said and watched what he drew. The information seemed to make more sense than his drewing or at least it was that way for her. "So two armies want to take over the world and we are in the middle of it all? We stand between them and their hope of taking over the world?"Jaime said as she tried to make sense of it all. "And an insane doctor brought us all here?" She said as she figured that she got it all right but wasn't completely sure about that so. "They brought us all here to either join them or their side or to enslave us with the population of this world? Is that what you are saying here? And good that we are on the good side as aw are the good guys after all, not the bad guys," Jaime said and sighed to that.

She then looked at Dylan and listened to him and then looked back at the Genie as ahe wondered exactly the same thing herself. Jaime listened to Genie and sighed. She looked at Dylan and back at Genie. "Would we ever go home? And would we ever fix the situation? And are you from this world or were you transffered here too?"

[Dylan Rhodes/Shrike]

"Definitely safer. I prefer not to split up in case of a huge emergency" Dylan agreed with Jaime about the concept of safety issues. He then smiled kindly as Jaime patted his shoulder and thanked him for helping here out. He replied "It's honestly not a problem. Just didn't want to take chances but now that we're safe I can breathe calmer now" He then shrugged as he was praised "Well when you spend a majority of your life seeing people getting hurt, it stirs a need to do something" It was true. Too long had he witnessed his own mother suffering among many others suffering from the likes of Tessler. He then turned to see Genie answer Jaime and his own questions. "Yeah, we need to go home, we have lives yknow? And people who worry about us" He replied as Jaime commented that they needed to go home.

Genie then shook his head sadly "Not a dream, miss. Unfortunately. I wish it was" He then nodded as Jaime and Dylan seemed to be getting his picture quite clearly. Genie did feel bad for them, with the fact they didn't even ask to be here. He then replied assertively "Yep. Two armies against us wanting to take over and hurt us. Trust me when I tell you, you're safer with me" He then sighed sadly "My friends and I are stuck here until we can find the solution. And my magic isn't what it used to be so I can't even do anything about it" He then replied with a soft assuring smile "You will both get home. For now you'll have a home with me and my pals. And I am just like you, trapped here"

Jaime listened to him as she was glad that they agreed with that, as that was true or so she believed. For her it was the case and she thought for him too. Besides, Dylan seeme trust worthy and kind. Which helped a lot, at least that was what Jaime thought, at least.  Not to mention they were in a new place, even if they had only just met. So Jaime figured that this way they would know for sure if they could trust each other and also, that way they could both be safe. Which meant, as far as she was concerned it was a win-win situation and there was nothing wrong with that. "Exactly. And same here, it is best for us, that's for sure," Jaime said to him. She smiled back at him as she patted his shoulder. In cases like that it was always safer in numbers or that was how Jaime believed. It was what she knew, at least. She listened to him with a smile. "You are very kind, I like that. People like you are worth knowing and talking to," Jaime said to him with a smile. "Well, that is  good thing and I understand. It sure does makes sense! But it also means you are a kind and a good guy, which is good," she said to him with a smile. Jaime spoke again and then she listened to him again. "I see. It makes sense and yeah, I know exactly what you mean! More than you think," she said to him.

Jaime herself witnessed people suffer. Even if most of those times were when she was different but she still cares. Hell, in fact, Jaime herself went through bad things. Her dad left them. Jaime was in a car accident where she lost her baby. Her only younger sister, was dumped on her by their jerk of a father. Then she saw people suffer. No one deserved any kind of suffering, except the bad guys or so she thought at least. Jaime listened to the Genie as he replied to them, as she then spoke once more and after that, she listendd to what Dylan said, as she looked between him and Genie.  Jaime was glad that he agreed with her about that too. Not that she was surprised, as she actually expected that, to say the least. As she had a feeling that he would. Dylan seemed like someone who could understand her, or so she thought at least. 

"Exactly, as Dylan here had said. That was what I meant exactly! We can't be away from home. Away from where we belong as it is completely wrong," Jaime said as she looked between them and sighed. "This situation is like kidnapping, if not exactly that and that is completely wrong and illegal," she added and sighed to that.

Jaime listened to what the Genie said and sighed to that. "That sucks and it is crazy as well. How is it even possible? And why can't anyone stop that from happening? This is not right at all," she said as she looked between them. Jaime sighed as she looked down sadly. "This is insane. I am the only legal guardian my sistser has! Now she would be put into the system, unless I get back and stop it. Which by the looks of it, will never happen," she said and sighed. It wasn't just that but that was besides the point. Jaime listened to what he said next and sighed to that."This is crazy. Not you, the situation but still! We need to stop them once and for all, so that we could finally go back home. And good that we are safe here but we rather be back home, though," she said and sighed to that. Jaime listened to what he said next, before she spoke again. "I see. So that means we are all stack here, doesn't it? And what do you mean by it? Wait are you the genie? Genie from the lamp? And that is interesting. There has to be away to fix it all and go home! There just has to be," she said and sighed to that. 

Jaime listened to what he said next and sighed to that. "Alright then, that is good but when will we get back home so? And alright then but where would we stay? And how did we all get here? And why are we here? Also, why do we have to wait so long to go home?" She asked and sighed to that
