[Phantom Virus/Phil McLemore]

(ooc: March 20th. Scientists, robots, and others who can help in the lab.)

Dr. Insuedo grinned as he walked in getting to work. Their other inventions and ideas were now in the back burner. They were working on a way to reverse this spell. They'd been searching for a way for days and still nothing. He was grateful to have so many allies here who could use machines.

Phil walked in next. He was glad to have his new cyborg body. He wished he'd been a part of the attack so he could have helped more. He saw Insuedo was getting hard to work so he got to work in another section. He'd watched his father, eric, and Professor Koffman work in the lab since he was created. And then helping out the others here in the lab. So he knew how to help. And they needed all the help they could get.

Dr. Smith walked in next. He had felt better with the tak with Insano. He still missed not having children. But perhaps one day he could adopt some like Ask That Guy and Dark Nella had done with some of the children here. He got to work trying to find out the cure.

Mechakara walked in next. He wanted to help reverse this. Patch was trying to adjust to being a human but Patch was a dog. He shouldn't have to adjust. He was glad Patch had Penny and Wizzer here so he still had his siblings. He wanted to find an answer to this cure quickly.

Seven Of Eleven walked in heading to her own console as she started scanning samples from some of the transformed people and animals here. She was hoping if she could spot a change in their dna, blood, or something useful. But so far she hadn't found anything. But she wasn't going to give up. Patch and the others weren't counting on them.

[Dr. Insano]

(OCC: Lol here's DarkHeart reacting excitedly to Phil's new body alongside helping. Sorry. Arguing between daughter and father can wait a little)

Dr. Insano was alongside Dr. Smith and Dr. Insuedo working on the DNA as well as other things. He eventually mixed test tubes alongside the dna given and tried to put two and two together. Unfortunately it was to no avail at the moment. "Damn. There is nothing" He murmured sadly "This is way harder than I thought"

Seven of nine quickly followed mechakara, her hand in his, to the lab. She then saw Phil and pondered about it but was focused more on helping than anything. She went along with Mechakara, allowing him to tell her what to do. She wasn't really sure how to get started just yet. This was a difficult case and they all knew it. As time went on, she could tell mechakara was beginning to lose it with his patience. It probably would take one more incident, then he'd snap. Hopefully with her help he wouldn't.

DarkHeart was sick of it. Facilier always getting away with things. This transformation business drove her absolutely nuts. She then went into the lab angrily to talk to mechakara too but then saw Phil. She instantly was confused but saw a lot of familiarity. Due to being so busy at the time, she didn't realize Virus got a cyborg body. She went closer and put her hands around his cheeks. "Virus? Is this the form you were talking about to me? Is this you?"

Smith and Insuedo both nodded in agreement.

"Well no one said this woul be easy. It took us awhile to free Mechakara and the others from them. And we still were forced to leave without Bender. I hope we can free him one day." said Insuedo.

Smith shrugged at that.

"Insuedo's right. We'll find a way to reverse this. No matter how long it takes." said Smith.

He frowned at Insuedo's words.

"I hope we can. Bender's one of us. We'll find a way to free him and see if there's any others they've enslaved." said Smith.

Mechakara smiled holding her hand. He glanced over at Phil and grinned.

"Phantom Virus's new body has come along quite well. When he explained his weakness I knew he needed a new body. Insano and the others made it of course. But I'm glad he's now in a more stable body. Now no one can take him away from Dark Heart. Well unless he hurts her then I'll be doing that." said Mechakara.

He turned to Seven Of Nine again and smiled.

"Have you had any luck on finding an antidote?" asked Mechakara.

Phil grinned as Dark Heart arrived. She was a beautiful as ever. He saw her frowning and realized she was in a bad mood. He smiled as she put her hands on his cheeks and he nodded.

"Yes it's me. I've renamed myself Phil McLemore in honor of my creator. You can still call me Virus here if you like. But I thought it'd be better if they just thought I was another one of Mechakara's creations. I'm sure I'll be found out eventually but it'd safer for me if no one outside of this army knows who I really am. Insuedo and the others warned me there could be side effects or glitches I might have to watch out for as I adjust to my new body." said Phil.

He grinned and pulled her into a kiss wrapping his hands around her and they got the familiar spark as they kissed. He pulled back with a grin.

"Kissing you is still electrifying." said Virus.

[DarkHeart]

"Oh I'm not worried. We WILL find a cure. Time is on our side thank jesus" Insano agreed, seeing Insuedo and Smith comfort him. They were right. It would take a while and it wouldn't be easy but it was better to start now than never. Patch and many members of their army were forced into magic transformations they had no choice to be put in. Insano actually felt bad for being grateful he himself wasn't transformed but that was only guilt. He was needed here. Thankfully he wasn't the only one not transformed so he was going to get help.

"Don't worry. Bender will be brought back. Somehow" Insano said, slightly saddened. As much as he didn't like bender, he felt bad that someone was forced into slavery like he was. He then saw Rodney and smiled "It's no trouble. You came here in the right time, my boy. Try to grab some of those beakers. I'm trying to see some of pinnochio's DNA" He then turned to DarkHeart and saw her be happy with Phil. He grinned with delight. It was about time his allies actually had some joy. But his smile evaporated when DarkHeart suggested a attack. "DarkHeart, I love ya, but ARE YOU INSANE? And this is coming from me!"

"Sorry! Sorry!" Rodney said, almost tripping on the door. He was busy trying to assist the leaders with war issues because there were less untransformed people who could fight. Now that he was free, he was able to be more helpful. "Forgive me master insano. Dark Nella asked me to inspect the security here!" He grinned as Seven of Eleven was working but also was relieved when Insano forgave him. Then asked to get beakers. Rodney nodded and immediately gave beakers to the scientists before going over to see if he could help seven of eleven. He then frowned deeply as DarkHeart spat that she was tired of waiting and wanted to attack Facilier.

"As am I. I am very pleased Virus... Well Phil apparently, now has a safer body. He's much more able to do more now that he is safer from magnets and whatnot. Hopefully this body will be much more helpful to him" Seven of Nine said kindly. She giggled as Mechakara threatened Virus. Although he was serious, his threat was mostly out of fatherly protection and she found it very cute. She couldn't help it. She was just so happy when he was around. She then grinned as he held her hand slightly tighter before asking her of antidotes "Well patch's DNA is very similar to a human's so it was challenging but something about it... I cannot describe it but perhaps there is..." She then gasped as DarkHeart confessed that she was tired of waiting for a chance to attack Facilier and suggested that all of them do it now.

"DarkHeart. You're not thinking clearly. I completely understand your anger but a sneak attack with only nine of us, it's practically getting us killed. We cannot just rush into the circus" Seven of Nine said softly, trying not to sound condescending

"Phil. I like that name very much. I am very touched that you wish to honor your father. I shall do the same by calling you Phil also. Plus it is safer to call you this" DarkHeart said, still mesmerized with how he looked. She heard Mechakara respond that he was glad virus was safe but that if he had any ideas against darkheart, he would take virus away. Annoyed but amused she was about to say something but Phil pulled her into a kiss. She held him tightly and relished in the feeling. She still felt very alive when they kissed. The spark was still there and she absolutely loved it. Then again, she felt a need to kiss him because this form was actually very physically attractive.

"Yes. It is very electrifying. You're so incredibly handsome. I love this new form" DarkHeart smiled, rubbing her hands on his cheeks. She really did love the form. He not only was safe but rather good looking. She was so happy with it she nearly forgot what she was upset about. Then she heard Seven of nine say something about Patch's DNA. She let go of Phil finally and growled "What Patch is going through is completely unfair. I'm sick of that poor dog along with the rest of us suffering that traitor's nonsense"

She went over to mechakara and said, in a desperate tone of voice "Why are we staying here? We should be going back to the circus! All nine of us! We all have suffered far more and they just keep harming us and Ask thatguy's army. I say we all go now! We attack them when they're vulnerable. They have transformed members too! We can take them while they're down. We'll make them pay for what they've done!" She then heard Insano and Seven of nine say that this was a bad idea and she frowned. "I know it's dangerous but it's more dangerous to allow Facilier to continue what he's doing. Father, we should go!"

[Dr. Zachary Smith]

Smith nodded.

"I'm sure we will. But unfortunately, you may wrong about that. Time may not be on our side. If Critic or Facilier find the answer first they'll attack and we'll be weaker with our reduced numbers. So many of our heavy hitters like La and Loki are animals and can't use their magic. While I prefer science magic does have its usefulness." said Smith.

He was in shock at Dark Heart's words.

"No stop. You don't want to do this. We focus on reversing thet transformation then we make a plan. Our numbers are reduced just like Facilier's army. And we don't know if they have any new members." said Smith.

He paused at Insuedo's outburst and stopped to hug his friend.

Insuedo frowned.

"Smith has a point. Facilier knows the spell so he has a head start on us. If they do reverse it then we're in trouble." said Insuedo.

He froze as Dark Heart said they should go attack.

"No. Please let's not go back there Dark Heart. They froze Mechakara. They tortured you. They enslaved us. They put me in chains and paraded me around like I was an animal. Like I was a prize. It was so humiliating. I was so angry and so scared. If I hadn't had Insano I probably would have lost it." said Insuedo.

He paused as Smith hugged him as he hugged his friend in return. He paused realizing he was shaking as he subconsciously rubbed hid wrists where the shackles used to be.

Mechakara grinned.

"So am I. With this new body he will be better able to protect himself and Dark Heart. Once its stable enough." said Mechakara.

His grin grew as Seven giggled. He always liked making her happy. She started talking about Patch's DNA but was interrupted by Dark Heart's statement.

"No. You are not going over there. Insuedo is right. They've done too much to us. I forbid you from going over there. I almost lost you. I couldn't protect you when they froze me. But I can protecty you now. I can't lose you. I won't." said Mechakara.

He had never had family before. He'd desired revenge. But now he had two daughters. Even his friends Judas Liz, Black Lantern Spoony, Sith, Insano, Insuedo, Rodney, and Phantom Virus felt like family to him. He knew how stubborn his daughter could be. So he would make sure she did not go over there.

Phil grinned at her.

"I'm glad to hear that. I hope I can see my father again one day. And I'm glad you agree to call me Phil." said Phil.

He chuckled as well.

"I'm glad we haven't lost our spark." said Phil.

He grinned as she complimented him.

"I'm glad you do. I was worried you might have not liked this new body." said Phil.

He paused at her words.

"None of them deserve what's going on. Well maybe the ones in the other armies do but not in this army." said Phi.

He paused as the others asked her not to go and Mechakara forbade her.

"Dark Heart. Calm down. They're right. Let's focus on reverse the spell and plan our revenge later. I don't want to lose you either. And my body's not stable enough to go into a fight anyway." said Phil.

[Dr. Insano]

Insano frowned slightly as Smith pointed out that maybe time wasn't on there side after all. He sighed, rubbing his head in frustration. This was worse than those final fantasy games. He nodded "You have a point, Smith. I do regret to admit, magic was on our side of benefits a lot of the time in this war. Science is my main point but I do agree magic is helpful" He then turned to Insuedo who began freaking out over DarkHeart's idea of attacking. To the point where he was shaking and rubbing his wrists. He gently took Insuedo from Smith's arms into his own and began holding a wrist, gently kissing it. "Love, please don't worry about this. No one is going anywhere. You're staying right here where it's safe"

When DarkHeart asked for his support, Insano was surprisingly harsh in tone "No. One. Is. Going. Anywhere"

Meanwhile, Rodney was staying out of it completely. The last thing he wanted was the anger to be directed toward him. It seemed his master, mechakara and darkheart at the moment were bashing heads. Seven of nine focused on mechakara entirely, she forgot about Phil and Patch and anyone at the moment. She saw how protective he was and how angry his daughter was. She really was not far off from being similar to her father. And personalities that were similar tended to clash a lot.

"DarkHeart. Listen to us. Insuedo and your father are right. It's too dangerous. They've hurt you and us before. They will not hesitate to do it again. You must think about this. We can't endanger ourselves now. Especially since we are so vunerable" Seven insisted calmly. Insano was harsh, Insuedo was scared, Smith and Rodney were uncomfortable but Seven was not so deterred.

DarkHeart smiled as Phil showed happiness, and some enjoyment in their kiss, and was about to talk more about that but the conversation about attacking took over. She first was focused on Insuedo, who took the emotional approach. Saying that the facilier team have caused them too much harm and torture. "That's exactly why we should go! They've hurt us! Humiliated us! Manipulated us! We should do the same to them!" Then she widened her eyes to see him panic and Insano grow angry with her. She sighed then turned to Phil who insisted her to calm down. That he wasn't prepared due to just being in this body. "Very well. Insuedo and Phil do not need to go. But the rest of us are strong now! We can..."

I forbid you from going over there.

DarkHeart turned to Mechakara who said that. Her passion depleted and was replaced with pure hurt. Seven of Nine's kind words didn't really do anything. Mechakara never forbade her from doing anything before. DarkHeart looked down as he talked to her firmly. Eventually her hurt turned into confusion and anger "You never turn back from enemies. You never did that before. Why now? Why let these stupid magicians get away with what they did?" She growled and got angrier "This is what we've come too! Hiding and retreated with our tails between our legs! They've made us become cowards!" She slammed the table and retreated to the corner

[Dr. Zachary Smith]

Zach nodded.

"We can't be sure of anything. This powerful spell even affected Facilier's army something I doubt he intended. So we have to run tests, do whatever we need to reverse this. I mean some spells are temporary, and some are permanent. But for all we know this spell could have a time limit for its cure too. So we can't slack off too much either." said Smith.

He nodded with the others.

"Dark Heart it's not safe or smart to go right now. We need to reverse this spell, make some good plans and then retaliate." said Zach.

Zack froze at Insuedo's admission and clenched his fists in anger.

"That bastard. I'm going to kill him." said Zack.

He turned to go but was stopped by Phil. He sighed reluctantly backing down knowing Phil was right.

Insuedo relaxed a little as Insano held him.

"I'm sorry. I just hated those chains and being Malachite's punching bag. I still remember the times he..."

He gasped putting a hand over his mouth realizing he'd just admitted to more torture. Insano only knew of his first beating but not the others. Times Insano thought he was safely in their room. He'd been taken by Malachite and tortured. But Malachite had used his magic to hide the injuries not completely trusting Insuedo or Insano at the moment. He sighed realizing Insano wouldn't let it go now.

"He took me from the room and tortured me a lot. Beat me with a whip, his fists, whatever he could get. He healed the worst injuries and used his magic to hide the rest. He wanted me to suffer and hoped I would break. To learn more about Ask That Guy's army and to know if I was a mole." said Insuedo.

He turned away hating to appear weak in front of everyone especially Insuedo.

Phil was shocked listening to everything and everyone. People were trying to get Dark Heart to stay. Then Insuedo admitted to more torture from Malachite and Smith was halfway out the door before Phil stopped him.

"Don't. You said we shouldn't go without a plan. If we reverse this spell we get more fighters back in this army. Right now they have to learn how to fight in their new bodies which will take a lot of training. All you'll do is get yourself hurt, killed or captured. That's all any of us would do. They've taken enough from us. Don't let them win again." said Phil.

He sighed in relif as Zack backed off. Phil turned listening to Mechakara and froze at his last words.

"No. You are not a coward. You are brave, strong and one of toughest fighters I've met. You still scare me but that won't stop me from dating Dark Heart. What Malachite did to you was wrong. But you can't let your fear control you." said Phil.

He then turned to Dark Heart.

"Please just wait and we can all go together. Going now will just get us hurt, killed, or trapped back in that circus again. I don't want to lose you or be separated from you. Not again." said Phil.

Mechakara smiled glad everyone was trying to assure Dark Heart not to go. He froze at Insuedo's admission. The man looked so broken and so ashamed. Phil calmed Smith down while he could tell Insano would calm his boyfriend down.

"Insuedo I'm sorry you have suffered. It appears Malachite has hurt both of us. We will have our vengeance but we must wait. And plan this better." said Mechakara.

Mechakara could see the words weren't getting through to her.

"I have plenty of times. I underestimated Linkara and that nearly got me killed several times. Thankfully I was able to rebuild myself. But I bided my time until I could attack Linkara with better weapons and powers. But each time he had upgraded his weapons and defeated me. Even got his reviewer pals to defeat me, the Executor, Turrel and Zod." said Mechakara.

He paused flinching at the word coward. As much as he wanted revenge his fear of being frozen again had affected him more than he liked.

"Maybe I am a coward." said Mechakara.

[Rodney Antwiler]

(OCC: I'm making DarkHeart pull a act to pacify everybody to continue it instead of basic arguing. Make it a bigger thread. This is to make them suspicious/concerned and try to make her talk more about it a bit)

DarkHeart watched as Dr. Insuedo, her father and the rest come undone in their own way. She realized they couldn't do it. They just couldn't. Sure she could but they were too afraid or unprepared. They were right. As a group they couldn't do it. So DarkHeart made a vow to do it on her own. But they would be livid for the suggestion.

So she would have to lie to her family and her team. She decided to drop her honesty and show evident concern and sadness. DarkHeart sighed softly as she listened to them "I'm sorry, father. I didn't mean to bring this up. You are all right. Forget I mentioned this. I meant all of us were acting like it but it does not mean we are. We will not go" But I will She thought to herself. She went to Insuedo and softly replied "I did not realize your overall pain, my friend. Forgive me"

"If we cannot do it now we shouldn't do it at all, Phil. Above all else, I DO want to protect my army and family. I still demand revenge. I want their skulls" She banged the floor, her true feeling returning "Damn those magicians. Damn them to the lowest ground of earth. I want their heads, their hearts, their skins" She growled, frustrated. "I want to kill them! For all they have done! I hate them! Damn it I hate them for hurting all I care about" She banged the table so hard it left a dent, she held Phil close to her. Angry tears in her eyes "I hate them. I hate them" This all was fuel to go by herself, to make them pay.

Dr. Insano raised a eyebrow as DarkHeart calmed down. That caused some suspicion. DarkHeart was stubborn and wouldn't be roused so easily when wanting revenge. But maybe Insuedo and Mechakara's pain got through to her. The scientist didn't know and wouldn't question. He held Insuedo as Zack went off in anger, Insano however was horrified. "Insuedo. Why didn't you tell me? I would never look less on you for it. I wish I was stronger in the past. I wish I could've protected you from them" Insano held him tighter.

"You aren't the only one, DarkHeart. We all want a piece of them. That doesn't mean going to act rash and kill them without resources. Your plan is good intended but not smart. We know how you feel" Insano replied, softly, like a family member.

"Mr. Mechakara. If you do not mind, I would like to disagree. You are anything but a coward. Your fear does not define you. You are a good warrior and my master's friend. And the father of a woman I would give my life towards. I think of you as a honorable man" Rodney replied, kindly and honestly. He nodded as Phil said something similar and had the same type of words.

"What awful monsters. Master Insuedo, I am sorry. I will kill them the next time we see them. I promise you that" Rodney's tone was now angry. This was the first time he expressed anger instead of concern. He wasn't sure he liked anger. It made him feel uncomfortable. Fiery.

"DarkHeart, we understand how you feel. Truly we do. But we do not want you to go off on a manhunt. It is dangerous for you and for us" Seven of Nine replied, motherly and patiently. She turned to Insuedo, seeing Insano hold him as the other admitted to awful deeds being put upon them. "DarkHeart has one point though. If anything, those people are not worth to live. We will get them when ready and when we do, we will show no mercy" Her voice was cold and icy. Prepared to hurt.

"They are monsters. True heartless monsters. They care for no one but themselves. They are no worth getting upset over. Especially since they do not care or worry about us" Seven said to Zack who was about to go off if not for Phil. "The boy is right, doctor smith. Acting rash will not avenge Insuedo. Time and support will. We will not be their slaves ever again. We must prove that by working together"

"Darling, stop it. You know deep in your heart you are not a coward. You are being logical. Reasonable. Something of which we need now. Especially during this dark time" Seven of Nine said, holding Mechakara close to her.

[Phantom Virus/Phil McLemore]

Zach nodded.

"We will bide our time building weapons, gadgets, and whatever else we need. And we prove to them that science is superior to their magic. No offense to Loki, Dark Nella and other sorcerers here. They're on our side. Even though I still prefer science to magic." said Zach.

Zach turned to Seven of Nine and nodded.

"Well it's hard to really call them monsters. When we'd have done the same thing if they were our prisoners. hurt them or enslaved them." said Zach.

Insuedo smiled as Dark Heart came to her after talking with her father and he hugged her.

"There's nothing to forgive. You're not the one who hurt me." said Insuedo.

He turned to Insano and held his boyfriend close.

"I wanted to but first I was afraid he'd hurt you. Then he used his magic to stop me from saying anything. It was a temporary spell so he had to apply it every time he beat me." said Insuedo.

Phil looked at his girlfriend and sighed.

"We will do it when we have the resources and less injured. They'd be expecting an attack soon anyway. If we wait we can surprise them." said Phil.

He held her close after watching her interact with Mechakara and Insuedo. He felt bad for Mechakara, Insuedo and Dark Heart. The three of them seemed to have suffered the most from their time there. He looked at him and sighed.

"No Mechakara you didn't fail. We did. Seven of Nine, Chuckles and I went to rescue you. But we waited too long to gather intel and learn you were controlled. We should have acted sooner than none of you would have been hurt as bad." said Mechakara.

Mechakara hugged Dark Heart perhaps too tightly.

"I'm sorry my daughter. I'm sorry that I wasn't strong enough to escape the ice or fight their control. It's my job to protect you and your sister. And I failed you both. I failed everyone. And they still have Bender under their control." said Mechakara.

He sighed and watched Dark Heart hug Insuedo and later Phil. He heard Phil's words and shook his head.

"No it's not your fault. You didn't know what was going on. You saved us. Facilier, Malacahite and the others are the ones to blame." said Mechakara.

He sighed seeing everyone was trying to comfort him.

"I thank you all for your confidence in me. I won't let my fear defeat me. Or those sorcerers." said Mechakara.

[Rodney Antwiler]

"You never failed, father. You can't blame yourself for their punishments. They are the ones who should pay. They will somehow" DarkHeart was sure for certain to find a way to sneak to confront the facilier army. But she was not going to tell anyone. Not even Phil. She couldn't. It'd get them all into arguing all over again. She held her father close and allowed him to hug her. It always felt good to have her father around.

She listened to everyone's advice and nodded, playing along for the moment. She turned to phil and held him tightly, especially concerned about him. Hearing him blame himself made her feel worse "No, phil, you, chuckles and seven of nine are the reason we're free. We're free because of you. I'm so grateful for that" She turned to hear the others interact

"I do too, my friend. We will use magic but we must not give up on our old ways just yet. There's got to be technology strong enough. There always is technology strong enough" Insano agreed with Smith before turning to Insuedo once again. Insano held him tighter and replied "He can't hurt me now. He's going to wish he never even touched you. The minute I fix this problem, he'll eat those chains"

"That's the spirit, mechakara. You can't blame yourself and there's no point in giving up. Now come on, let's fix this" Insano replied, encouragingly as he proceeded to tinker with something.

"I do not believe it's anyones fault, if you all don't mind me saying so" Rodney replied in response to both Mechakara and Phil's comments. He patted to phil and replied "You, seven of nine and chuckles were wonderful undercover and helped us return to where we belonged" He patted mechakara "And you've given up your life plenty of times for your daughters. There is no use blaming anyone but our enemies. And we'll make our enemies pay" He turned to his master and replied "Whatever I need to help with I will. I want to show facilier that he cannot frighten us"

"Perhaps we shouldn't but they used too many torturous means. I think our leader here has some moral code at least" Seven of nine replied to smith. She then turned to Mechakara and hugged him tightly "Good. Never let your fear get the best of you. You are no coward. You are one of the bravest people I know. I am proud of you" She kissed his cheek and held him close, not willing to let go.

[Mechakara]

Mechakara sighed.

"I will always blame myself for not protecting you. You both are my daughters. I'm supposed to protect you and I did fail." said Mechakara.

He saw no one else blamed him and he would feel this way. But there was no point in talking any further about it.

"I will try not to focus on it as I don't think I can really stop blaming myself." said Mechkara.

He was surprised as Seven of Nine kissed him and he held her close. He heard parts of the other conversations.

"Yes. This is a time to celebrate. Our freedoms. New couples. And being together again on the right side. As it should have been all along."s aid Mechakara.

Seven of Eleven smiled at Rodney's words trying to encourage everyone.

"You better save some fun for me. I owe the bastard some payback as well." said Insuedo.

He overheard Phil and Dark Heart and smiled.

"They're right. Some good did come out of this. We're stronger than ever and some of us even found love. I couldn't have gotten through that without you Insano." said Insuedo.

He grinned at his boyfriend glad they were all back here safe and sound.

Phil looked at Dark Heart and smiled.

"And I'm really grateful for it. At least some good came out of being overt here. We ended up together and I will never regret that." said Phil.

He turned to Rodney and smiled.

"Thank you. We just did what we had to. No way were we going to let them stay stuck as their slaves." said Phil.

DarkHeart softly looked at her father "No father. Please. It was not your fault" DarkHeart kept insisting because she didn't want her father to be so guilty. All this merely fueled her rage and anger. She despised the fact the facilier army humiliated her father so much. She was going to avenge all her family. She was going to make her family proud. She was going to show Malachite and the rest of them who they messed with.

Then Phil came over and reminded her of the one good thing to come out of it. Love. DarkHeart had to admit THAT at least was true. Without this, she wouldn't have phil. She turned to him and held his face and kissed him "Neither will I. You are one of the best things to ever happen to me" She then held him close.

Seven of nine beamed as Mechakara held her close. She nodded as the subject was dropped now and everyone brought up some positive things. She hugged mechakara in return, nodding at what he said "Yes. Let us rejoice in that at least. We have our love and family. That is what's important. This is where we belong" She smiled at her friends and her family. Grateful for it.

Rodney nodded to Phil with a smile "Well I am simply giving credit where it is due" He then nodded as the scientists went to their conversation. He smiled to Seven and hugged her tightly "I am grateful to be here too. Especially with you" He then noticed Insano and insuedo and was happy with them.

"Oh definitely. I'll save you half" Insano chuckled to Insuedo. He then turned to Smith and nodded "True. It will. So we might as well look into other options along with our old ones I suppose" He then went over to Insuedo again. He smiled as Insuedo pointed out that at least they had each other. That they had become stronger in bonds and in spirit. Insano held Insuedo tightly and kissed him "I wouldn't have been here if it wasn't for you. I'm grateful for you"

[Mechakara]

Mechakara sighed.

"Yes it was. It was my job to protect you. They tricked me and overpowered me before I could stop them or warn the rest of you. I should have been taken alone. And we still haven't saved poor Bender. He still is trapped in their army." said Mechakara.

He smiled holding Seven of nine as the subject was changed.

"Yes that's what is important. And the virus is right. I too never thought I'd found love. Although I know Virus and Rodney will never be good enough for my daughters. I know they'll protect them." said Mechakara.

He chuckled at his daughter.

"You know me too well." said Mechakara.

Phil grinned at Dark Heart.

"And that's something they can never take away from us. Before you I never thought about love. You've changed me and if it was up to me I'd lock us both in a room here. Do you know how hard it was seeing you their slave, and see them hurt you and unable to do anything? If something had happened to you.. I'd be alone. And I don't think I could handle that." said Phil, holding her close.

Phil laughed.

"Then Rodney and I will do our best to keep your daughters safe and make you proud." said Phil.

"Oh no my friend. This should have never happened period. Although to be fair in an army of villains we should have expected a doublecross a lot sooner. Heck even Critic and his friends couldn't always get along when they were ruling that country, or trying to find that gauntlet or that trip to stop the plot hole from blowing up the universe." said Smith.

Insuedo chuckled at his boyfriend.

"After you disintegrate the other half I presume?" asked Insuedo.

He saw Mechakara was finally getting the point that it was no one's fault.

"Smith's right. The ones to blame are Facilier, Rita, Malachite and the rest who allied with them. Those traitors will pay for betraying us and enslaving you. And for hurting us." said Insuedo.

Insuedo grinned returning Insano's kiss.

"True love broke the spell on you. But you already stole my heart before I was there. I'm just glad they didn't make us fight each other." said Insuedo.

Seven of Eleven heard her father and chuckled.

"Let me guess no one's good enough for us?" teased Seven of Eleven.

She hugged Rodney with a grin.

"I am just glad everything worked out. We are free from their control and safe. But I do think our next plans should be to free Bender and anyone else under their control. We already lost two turtles to Critic's army. We should bring the turtle they have to our side. He would make a good asset." said Seven of Eleven.

DarkHeart felt defeated as her father refused to believe the pain they went through wasn't his fault. But she laughed a little as Seven of Eleven called Mechakara out for believing no one was good enough for his daughters. She held Phil tightly as he confessed his suffering when he saw DarkHeart the way she was back at Facilier's. She sighed "It is over now. I am where I truly belong. And I'm with you, and I'm never going to leave your sight again" She then held him tighter as he promised to make mechakara proud. She kissed him softly and turned to see Rodney also exclaim the same thing

"That's true actually. I'm surprised they managed to work together for this long" Insano replied as Smith explained the situation more in detail. That it wasn't really surprising to be betrayed, especially when critic himself backstabbed once. He then chuckled "Yeah, I mean come on, it'll be a great test for my lazer beam gun to use on malachite when I see his face" He then kissed Insuedo back and held him closely "I'm glad for that too. I would never forgive myself if that happened"

Rodney smiled amusedly as Mechakara exclaimed no one was good enough for his daughters, but Rodney and Phil would do quite nicely. Rodney held Seven close and chuckled "I concur with what Phil said. I will do my best too" He then turned to what Seven of Eleven said about leonardo and replied "That's a good idea. It will also leave Malachite at a disadvantage, seeing how quick the turtle is beside him"

Seven of nine smiled as mechakara held her and replied "I never thought I'd feel happy like this. But now I have and I won't let this go" She then turned to seven of eleven and replied "Leonardo? Yes, he is quite the formidable warrior. But I doubt he'll join us once that spell he is under is broken. I heard he is quite loyal to his family when he is his true self"

[Mechakara]

Mechakara sighed before grinning seeing his daughters teasing and laughing already their spirits seemed to be lifted including his own.

"You two just love to gang up on me don't you?" said Mechakara.

He grinned at Seven of Nine.

"I won't let this go either." said Mechakara.

He nodded about taking Leonardo and glad the idea was well received. Seven of Eleven had been smart about that.

"Yes. Taking the turtle away will not only hurt Malachite but also the brothers who betrayed us to join Critic's side. We could make the turtle suffer a bit for his brother's betrayal before making him join our side." said Mechakara.

"Only when you deserve it. Right sis?" said Seven.

She grinned.

"Yes making him suffer a bit would be good." said Seven.

She turned to Rodney and smiled.

"I'm glad we're all together again. Things are back as they should be." said Seven.

"And I'm so grateful for that." said Phil.

He returned her kiss with a grin.

"I hope you never do. I don't know what I'd do if I lost you." said Phil.

"Must be that all those heroes and kids looking up to them. Feeding their egos and their need to be seen as heroes. But taking over a country I wouldn't consider heroic." said Smith.
