(OCC, I have no idea what's the title about, but it sounded cool. If this is in the wrong place, then tell me. Closed to Ace and Grimhilde to just have some relationship time. February 26th, morning)
She suddenly felt terrible. Emotionally that was. It suddenly hit her that she had not been spending as much time as she should be with her girlfriend.
Ace was just relaxing in the kitchen for a minute. She was drinking a mug of coffee. The top she had on felt loose fitting, but she didn't really care how anyone saw her. Since the two of them had just kissed during their imprisonment, they had spent a couple of dates with each other and that was it. And that really hurt her because she did genuinely love her Queen. It was just.... She had no excuse.
Oh damn it. She got up and just decided to go and look for Grimhilde.
Oh typical Ace. She probably doesn't want anything to do with you. Hell, you haven't even asked her full name. She probably thinks you did it to screw with her.

Grimhilde smiled as she walked around the house. She missed Ace. She ironically spent more time with her locked up in the enemy camp than here. A part of her had begun to wonder if Ace had changed her mind. Grimhilde was very insecure about her beauty. That's why she asked a magic mirror how beautiful she was every day in her old world.
But every since she learned the Magic Mirror was here she had asked once out of habit and learning there were many beautiful women here more beautiful than her. And she had chosen not to ask after that. She knew there was nothing she could do about it. And now thinking Ace didn't want her had shaken her confidence. Sure she'd tried to hide it while in public especially around Maleficent. But she had a feeling Maleficent knew about it. Or at least that something was bothering her. She sighed as she headed into the living room and took a seat. Maybe she was wrong. Maybe Ace still wanted her. She just wasn't sure anymore.
Ace spotted her as she entered. Suddenly her guilt hit her harder than ever. Grimhilde looked pale, and.... insecure somehow. And she hadn't helped. Just being distracted with everything didn't give her a excuse to not be a good girlfriend for the woman she had surprisingly fallen in love with. She strode over and whimpered (Though she would deny it) before grabbing her hand.
"Wait. Please don't go. I messed up. I haven't.... I haven't been here for you. And I'm sorry, because it's all my fault. You're supposed to be my girlfriend, I'm supposed to be kind to you and look after you, and-and I barely spend time with you and I'm so sorry."
Dignity took a back seat.
"I-I understand if you don't want me any more, it's what I deserve. But if you're still willing, I still love you more than words can say."

Grimhilde paused as Ace walked in and she smiled for a moment before it returned to a frown. But then she apologized saying she had messed up and she still loved her. Grimhilde had started to cry as she wiped them away looking at and smiled again.
"Of course I still want to be with you. I was beginning to think you didn't want me. I guess I've been a fool. I should have said something sooner. I was just afraid to be proven right." said Grimhilde.
She wrapped her arms around her and hugged her.
"You're the first person I've really felt this way about. I married the king in my realm for power and then he died so I didn't have to worry about loving him. But with you it's different. I never expected to feel this way about anyone. Just promise me to try not to be too busy and I'll do the same. I missed you." said Grimhilde.
She wiped the fresh tears off her face again as she leaned forward and kissed Ace on the lips. As everything else just faded away in that moment.
"Thanks so much, I'll- Mmmmmmmm." Ace enjoyed the kiss, returning it with as much passion as she could, wrapping her arms around Grimhilde and hugging her close. She even sneaked in a little tongue into the kiss. She pulled away, taking deep breaths and looking at Grimhilde with love written on her face.
"I promise to not spend so much time without you, Queenie. As long as you promise me that you'll keep forgiving me if I do screw up. Oh, and you're not a fool. Don't ever say that. You're much smarter than me, and I should have said something."
She kissed her lightly on the lips, before nudging the fridge open. "Want anything to drink to celebrate us getting back together?"

Grimhilde grinned at her.
"Your welcome." said Grimhilde.
They were staying together and she couldn't be happier. She smiled hugging her as she was surprised Ace even used her tongue. It was a welcome surprise. The nickname Queenie was amusing. She hadn't been called that before but she liked it.
"Then we make it a mutual one. I promise to spend time with you as well." said Grimhilde.
She looked at her with a smile as she said she wasn't a fool.
"Thank you. I guess I have confidence issues. But being with you helps." said Grimhilde.
She smiled as Ace kissed her again before she asked if she wanted anything. Grimhilde nodded.
"Sure. Although I say a toast to us staying together. Since we didn't actually break up right?" said Grimhilde.
She didn't mind what it was. She'd toast to water if that's all they had. She was just glad to still be with Ace.
