Heal What Has Been Hurt (Critic's Army)

[Ma-Ti]

(February 21st. Set after Attack of the Shadows. Medical bay.)

Paw, Blackberry, and Jesu Otaku had been admitted into the infirmary during the fight, checked out, and sent off to their rooms. But it had some new guests as well returning from the fight.

Ma-Ti stumbled into the medical bay cuts and brusies all over his face and his body. His shirt was torn in several places where Dark Heart had struck him. He'd been lucky to get free to blast her with the ring. Thankfully they'd eventually retreated but they'd basically lost that fight. He collapsed onto a cot waiting for everyone else to return.

Nostalgia Chick stumbled in holding her arm and wincing at it. She'd tried her best but DH had attacked her and she'd ended up with some burns on her arms. Thankfully they weren't too severe but they still hurt. She winced as she sat down waiting for the medics to arrive.

Linksano stumbled a bit sore from the battle. Mechakara had tried to choke him but he'd been stopped thanks to Sherlock Holmes. He owed a lot to that man. Now he was even more determined to help Stone with his problem as they'd retrieved a lot of items from Linkara's house now and he was just trying to see if he could bring them to life with his magic. He sighe taking a seat on a cot waiting to be looked at.

Jasmine, Roses, Marzgurl, Rogue, and Kim Possible wandered in thankfully avoiding anything severe and just stood to the side worried about the others. Seeing Chick's burns and Ma-Ti's beating gained a lot of gasps from the crowd.

"Who did this to you Ma-Ti? Let me now so I'll go pound them into dust." said Rogue.

Mrs. Potts soon came in with medical supplies sure Splinter was right behind her. She decided to head to Chick first seeing the burns on her arms and helped Chick by putting some cream on them to sooth the pain before bandaging it up.

"These wounds will heal but it will take some time. You probably won't be fighting for awhile though." said Mrs. Potts.

Chick sighed and nodded.

Well. This was certainly a first. A battle had just ended and Maleficent wasn’t limping towards the medical bay with life-threatening injuries. Considering how close she had come to death the last time she returned “home” from a fight, the dark fairy decided that this was a very good change indeed. Her fight with Rita hadn’t lasted long enough for any real damage to be dealt, and she’d had Marzgurl helping her as a bonus.

However, it also meant that she hadn’t really had the chance to give back any real damage, or at least not the sort she had been wanting to. No matter. That would come later, when her magic was back to its full strength.

She entered the medical bay and looked around. The most serious injuries seemed to belong to Ma-Ti and Nostalgia Chick. Everyone else seemed to have escaped with minor cuts and bruises. Grimhilde didn’t seem to be among the patients, and Maleficent wasn’t sure if that was a good thing or a bad. Suddenly (guiltily), she realized that she didn’t even know if her friend had been a part of the battle at all. Her gold eyes found Marzgurl lined up with several relatively uninjured people, and she went to join them.

“Do any of you know where Grimhilde is?”

Rachel came back from the fight, she and 90's Kid had fought Jasper who was a thief. They won and Rachel had no wound at all now beside of some wounds on her chest who was healing well. Rachel sighed and sat on the sofa

[Linkara]

(OCC: Just writing as Linkara, Splinter and Lilo right now. Feel like settling in with them before bringing more of my charries in)

Linkara wasn't injured but retreated to check on injured and so was helping Mrs. Potts. He did everything he could to assist in the best way possible. Since he didn't know a lot about healing, Splinter was normally the one doing this stuff, he did the best he could do. Seeing Ma-Ti however caused Linkara to panic. He ran over, getting supplies and quickly bandaging the young man. He growled, knowing very well who did this, and turned to Rogue who indeed asked who did this "My guess is DarkHeart. She has a bad habit of tearing apart clothing and burning up skin. The little... Ugh" He groaned, angry with DarkHeart even though she wasn't there with them

Lilo was nervous. They were all coming back but injured or worse. None of them had Nani with them. It seemed she hoped for too much yet again. She went downstairs seeing the majority of the army injured or watching the injured. She went near Kim Possible, aware she was watching but wanted her attention and tugged her pants. Lilo looked up to Kim and asked, hopefully "Did... Did you get the prisoners back? Is everybody um OK kim?"

Splinter was indeed behind Mrs. Potts and quickly took notice of Linksano's bruised neck. He was seething with anger and hurt, anger that Facilier took Leonardo away and hurt that his family was tearing apart before him. He talked long and hard with Donny before, saying how much he loved him and would never abandon him and that Splinter would do everything to bring the whole family back, not to mention make Donny safe and happy. The young turtle and he cried together and hugged before Splinter was called for help, Donny asked to stay in the room to meditate and pray, Splinter quickly said yes and ran downstairs before saying to donny he loved him one more time. Splinter was dealing with the aftermath of those emotions so he looked like he was crying as he worked.

"Your neck is bruised and you seem to have handled some injuries but it will be easy to fix" Splinter said quietly and somewhat upset. He was hating this war. It was ruining his family, his life and his sanity but he was still determined to do what was right. Right now, he needed to help injured people and not himself. He went to get some soothing lotion and put it on Linksano's neck

[Kim Possible]

Marzgurl shook her head hearing Maleficent.

"Sorry. We all just came from the battle right before you did. She's around here somewhere. I'm sure she'll turn up. I don't think she was at the battle though." said Marzgurl.

Grimhilde walked in next hearing the noise and heard Maleficent ask for her. She smiled walking over to her friend.

"I'm glad you're ok. I'd have joined you but I wasn't sure if I was well enough yet. But perhaps another time." said Grimhilde.

Diablo flew in perching on Maleficent's shoulder relieved she was ok.

"Are you alright? If anyone hurt you I''ll peck their eyes out. Or scratch them or something." thought Diablo.

It probably didn't sound as threatening as he intended but he would do anything to keep his mistress and friend safe. And her friends Grimhilde and Jasmine safe. He paused turning to Jasmine seeing she was alright for the moment and so were most of the group. Only a few seemed to be really injured.

Jasmine walked over to the group petting Diablo turning to Maleficent.

"I'm glad you're safe Maleficent." said Jasmine.

She was surprised with how friendly she'd gotten with the witch. But Maleficent hadn't been one of her enemies so perhaps that was why she was able to become friends with her. She hoped now that Maleficent was well or at least on her feet they could hang out some more. She would be interesting in getting to know Maleficent better. As well as Grimhilde and Diablo.

Ma-Ti smiled as Linkara helped him. He winced though at the pain as Linkara helped bandage him.

"Thank you. She surprised me and pinned me down. i wasn't able to use my ring or my sword and she overpowered me. I was able to get her off but not before she did some damage. I was also distracted by... Gi!" said Ma-Ti.

His eyes widened as he searched for Jesu Otaku but he didn't see her.

"She snapped during her fight with Gi and hurt her really bad. I was trying to help but Malachite teleported her away. She was like a sister to me. I don't want her to die." said Ma-Ti.

He noticed he'd started to cry which stung the bruises and cuts on his face but he didn't care. He just wished he knew if Gi was alright.

Rogue nodded hearing Linkara suggest it was Dark Heart and Ma-Ti confirmed it.

"I'm going to tear that robot apart and make sure there's not enough pieces to put her back together again." said Rogue.

She turned to go but was stopped by Roses.

"It won't do you or any of us good if you fly off the handle and get yourself hurt, captured, or killed. We'll make her pay but on our time." said Roses.

Kim turned seeing Lilo as she shook her head sadly .

"I'm sorry Lilo. Nani and the others aren't here yet. But they will be." said Kim.

Linksano turned hearing Splinter and smiled.

"Thank you Splinter. I let Mechakara get the drop on me. If it hadn't been for Holmes I'd have been a goner for sure." said Linksano.

He sighed as he realized he'd probably been the lucky one of the bunch as Ma-Ti and Chick looked worse than he did.

Chick sighed as Mrs. Potts finished bandaging her up. As she turned to the others.

"We failed today. We didn't stop them or rescue our friends. But next time we'll.."

She tried to stand up but was gently shoved back onto the bed by Mrs. Potts.

Mrs. Potts gently shoved the girl back onto bed as she tried to stand up.

"The only thing you'll be doing is getting some rest and taking it easy while those burns heal. And I'm sure Splinter will agree with me." said Mrs. Potts.

[Linkara]

"You are indeed very lucky, the bruises you have give me signs if you stayed long it would not look as easy to fix" Splinter said calmly, finishing up the touches on the lotion and putting small bandages that were easy to take off at anytime. Splinter sighed, rubbing his head seeing the other two. He had a feeling more would come eventually. Splinter then smiled at the mention of Holmes "Yes. I wonder about what happened to him. Last I saw he was with some demonic bear"

"Oh... OK. There's always next time" Lilo said, clearly disappointed but smiled all the same. She looked over to the other prisoners and could see why it wasn't possible to get her sister back. She held onto Kim's hand, scared over the events happening and responded to her "You're ok though. I'm glad you and the others made it out ok. I'd rather have that than you guys lost to us" Tears were threatening to spill, mostly because she was so hopeful her sister would return but more so on seeing how Chick looked and how Ma-ti looked

Linkara's heart broke as Ma-Ti began to cry, Linkara gently set him back down and got a tissue to wipe his tears, getting the blood from his face a little but he too didn't care. He wanted to soothe the boy's pains. Linkara gingerly held onto the boy's shoulder and responded soothingly "It's ok Ma-Ti. You did what you had to do. Don't worry about it right now. Just rest"

"Rose is right by the way" Linkara responded hearing the conversation between rogue and roses "We can't barge in like we used to. We've done that before, it ended up being a madhouse. We'll find a way. Just, we need a better plan, even though many of our plans failed" He sighed sadly

Kiara was shocked over the course of events today. She was curious about what was going on, seeing that outside it was chaotic and many heroes were coming back now since the battle was starting to draw to a close. She went downstairs to the rest of them and saw a few already here. She went to Lilo who was upset and saw things weren't on the bright side. She went to Marzgurl's side and frowned "You guys alright?"

Like Kiara, Bambi was also curious. Though he was concerned a bit more than Kiara was. In fact many of the children were worried and curious. Bambi heard from Darla that she was going to be by herself with Freckles for now, so he knew to leave them be and went to the medical bay. He gasped, shocked at the condition of Ma-Ti, he looked like in so much pain. Beaten to nothing. Man, that last battle was pretty tough then.

“Sorry. We all just came from the battle right before you did.”

“Oh.” Beneath the façade of disappointment lurked genuine concern. Grimhilde’s injuries, though not as serious, had occurred more recently than Maleficent’s, putting her in a more precarious position. If she had pushed herself to go onto the battlefield, if she had taken on an opponent that was too strong for her…

Maleficent didn’t have long to brood. Grimhilde walked up to her, a smile on her lovely face, and the dark fairy was genuinely glad to see her.

“I’m glad you’re okay.”

“The same to you,” Maleficent replied, returning the smile. “I’m glad you didn’t push yourself.”

The two women were soon joined by Jasmine and Diablo, who immediately landed on Maleficent’s shoulder.

“Are you alright? If anyone hurt you I’ll peck their eyes out. Or scratch them or something.”

The dark fairy chuckled and stroked her raven’s back. “I’m quite all right, my pet,” she reassured him, torn between amusement and affection over his loyalty to her. “There’s no need to peck anyone’s eyes out.”

It was a strange phenomenon, she mused, listening to Jasmine’s voice. Before coming here, she had never had anyone but Diablo care for her safety. This concern was something Maleficent could definitely get used to.

[Princess Jasmine]

Linksano paused not seeing any sign of Holmes. He nodded knowing he was lucky to be alive.

"Well, I hope he's okay. I owe him one for helping me out." said Linksano.

He paused seeing Ma-Ti and Chick and winced especially seeing Ma-Ti start to cry.

"Can you give some painkillers? Like morphine or something? He's just a kid." whispered Linksano.

Kim paused kneeling down and wrapping Lilo into a hug.

"I'm glad you're here too Lilo. We'll get your sister and the others back. It will just take some time. Then we'll make the bad guys pay for it." said Kim.

Ma-Ti whimpered and nodded as Linkara helped set him back down helping clean him up a little. He smiled seeing him put his hand on his shoulder. He paused looking up at Linkara worried.

"Wait. Spoony. critic. Where are they? They're not hurt are they?" said Ma-Ti.

Rogue paused hearing Roses and Linkara and sighed.

"Alright. We don't do anything know. But we gotta do something. We keep getting hurt or kidnapped. We can't win like this." said Rogue.

Chick sighed seeing she wasn't going anywhere as she laid back down her wounds bandaged. She heard Ma-Ti's question and nodded.

"Yeah. Where are Critic and Spoony?" asked Chick.

Marzgurl nodded to Kiara.

"Yeah. Paw, Blackberry, Jesu Otaku, Ma-Ti, Chick, and Linksano seemed to get the worst of it. The rest of us are okay." said Marzgurl.

She smiled as Grimhilde and Diablo arrived joining Grimhilde and Jasmine joined the trio as well. At least Maleficent would be happy knowing her friends were safe.

Grimhilde smiled glad Maleficent was okay. Seeing Diablo show up she smiled trying hard not to chuckle.

"I'm glad to hear you're alright as well. I'd be right next to Diablo if someone had hurt you." said Grimhilde.

Diablo sighed in relief as she was ok. He paused hearing the amusement in Grimhilde and Maleficent's voices.

"I'm glad you're alright. But I'm not going up against some magical guy again. I don't want to be a statue again." said Diablo.

He shuddered at the thought.

Jasmine smiled at the bird.

"Don't worry Diablo. Maleficent can take care of herself. But if she ever needed us the three of us would be there. And the rest of the army." said Jasmine.

[Linkara]

Linkara heard Linksano's plea for Ma-Ti's mercy and instantly got a small shot that would make Ma-Ti's pain go away. While Ma-Ti wasn't looking, Linkara quickly gave him the shot and responded to his cries for Critic and Spoony "Shhh, Ma-Ti. They'll be here, it'll be ok" He turned to Chick with a "I don't know" face before going back to soothing Ma-Ti's pains. Suddenly Spoony and Critic arrived and Linkara took spoony to a cot while Splinter took Critic to a cot.

"Marzgurl. Could you give me a hand and get a towel while I check if Spoony has wounds?" Linkara asked politely, barely noticing Sherlock walking in

Ironically enough Spoony DID return alongside critic. The two men were holding each other side by side in pain and/or tired. Spoony was wet and shivering, some cuts but nothing too serious and Critic was full of cuts and bruises and a bit worse than Spoony but he too would deal with his pain fine. Splinter and Linkara came by and quickly lead the two men to empty cots and rested Critic and spoony to their cots.

Spoony was quiet and tired, so he allowed Linkara to speak for him. Critic however moaned a little at his pain, despite the rat's quick bandaging and soothing medicine skills. Critic saw Chick and instantly sat up only to be gently pushed down by splinter. Critic turned to her and said "Chick. Oh god, I wish I could've pounded that red-headed demon. Are you ok?" Critic and Spoony saw Sherlock Holmes but didn't say anything yet to him

Splinter nodded "I hope so too" Splinter heard Ma-Ti crying and was about to help but Linkara had it covered. Splinter felt huge pity for Ma-Ti, it seemed life wasn't giving him a lot of breaks either. Splinter really liked the boy and therefore made a mental note to pray for him to have better luck or better health. Suddenly the british detective arrived but Splinter was concerned about Spoony and Critic's sudden entrance for the moment. Despite Linkara taking Spoony and Critic being impulsive at the sight of Chick, Splinter was perfectly calm with it

"Rouge-san. I agree with you. I share your rage and sadness but right now, we must recuperate. Let us take care of the injured first" Splinter said calmly to Rouge as the woman mentioned doing something

Sherlock was lucky to have the transportation device. Really lucky. If not, he would still be in the battle nearly dead. Sherlock looked in joy to see his friend Linksano still alright, bruised around the neck, but alright. While limping from his stabbings from teddy, Sherlock went right next to Linksano. Sherlock smiled, despite the punches he recieved on the face making it hard to do so. He was content that linksano was given a chance to heal better than he would.

While his leg bled a bit, Sherlock patted Linksano's shoulder gently and responded with bitterness towards mechakara "I say Linksano. If that monsterous machine attacks you again despite Mr. Stark hitting him, I shall have to invent something quite painful" His tone changed though to one of concern "Are you alright friend?"

Lilo hugged Kim tightly, tighter than she had in a while. She was now completely in a vunerable position and quietly let tears flow across her face. She wanted to appear strong but with all this drama and violence, it was hard for Lilo to handle on her own. She already lost her parents, Nani was all she had at this moment and she was captured still. Lilo made a few soft sobs before responding with a lump in her throat "You're r-right. I know. I-I-I just hoped you guys would win. I miss her"

Kiara nodded, satisfied with Marzgurl's answer. However seeing Spoony, Critic and Sherlock come in made the cub feel nervous. She turned to Marzgurl and responded nervous still "Well, at least you guys are alive. It looks like to me that it was a really bad one this time" The cub shivered and responded "I'm glad the most of you made it out with no bad scars or anything"

[Ma-Ti]

Ma-Ti wasn't looking when Linkara shot him in the arm with something but he soon felt it. He winced but realized he was just trying to help him. He heard Chick question her concerns and Linkara said they'd be alright.
He paused seeing Critic and Spoony jumping up and nearly falling over. He was caught by Linksano who had gotten off his bed so Critic could be checked. Ma-Ti sighed guessing he needed some rest after all. He sighed wishing he hadn't gotten hurt.

"Critic, Spoony? Are you alright?" asked Ma-Ti.

Linksano paused stood up with Splinter finished with him standing aside so he could look at Critic. Just then he saw Ma-Ti stand up and nearly collapse. He rushed over grabbing Ma-Ti helping him back in bed.

"Hey you get some rest alright. You're not going to help Iheart or anyone if you don't recover." said Linksano.

Ma-Ti seemed to agree and not fight him on this to his relief. He wished he could have done something. He wished he'd taken that beating from Mechakara or Dark Heart instead of him. Dark Heart knew how much Ma-Ti meant to Iheart, Critic, and a lot of them so she'd singled him out.

"Damn that Mechakara and his children. Will we never be free of that blasted robot and his creations." said Linksano.

Chick turned to Chick and smiled.

"It's ok. I just had some burns. I'm ok." said Chick.

She paused standing up blocking his view of Ma-Ti knowing it'd be nearly impossible for him to be treated. It took everything in her to not let Rogue go or join her in pummeling Dark Heart. But that wouldn't help them right now.

"Um Critic's alright Ma-Ti. Splinter's taking care of him." said Chick.

Marzgurl smiled to Kiara patting her.

"We were lucky this time that not many of us were injured that badly. But we will have a few members not fighting for awhile." said Marzgurl.

She heard Linkara and nodded stopping to turn to Maleficent.

"Thank you for the backup. I wasn't sure if I could have taken her on my own even with these ranger powers linkara gave me. I'm glad you're on our side." said Marzgurl.

She then turned and grabbed a towel heading over to Linkara as well as some water in case cuts and bruises needed some cleaning. She winced seeing Spoony although he didn't look so bad.

"What can I do to help?" asked Marzgurl.

She paused hearing Chick and realized what she was doing trying to keep Ma-Ti and Critic both calm. She nodded to Linkara.

"Follow my lead." said Marzgurl.

"Spoony's alright Ma-Ti. Just a few bruises. Why don't you try to get some rest? You can take to them later." said Marzgurl.

Rogue heard Splinter and sighed. He reminded her of Professor Xavier and was a calming prescene.

"Thank you Master Splinter. You remind me of a friend from my world. Professor Charles Xavier. He'd be telling me the exact same thing. I'm glad you're here." said Rogue.

Linksano turned to Holmes and smiled.

"Thanks for the help Holmes. I'd be a goner for sure. I owe ya one. And I look forward to seeing this invention. I've yet to invent a way to get past his forcefield. It adapts to weapons quickly after they're used so they're not as effective after the first time or don't work at all." said Linksano.

Kim smiled as she kept hugging Lilo.

"Don't worry. Nani will be back here before you know it. So I say hang out with your friends have some fun. Cause when Nani gets back she'll probably never let you out of your sight. I know that's what I'd do if my little brothers Jim and Tim were here." said Kim.

Some of Maleficent’s initial mirth faded at Diablo’s remark about becoming a statue, and though her smile remained, her eyes took on a somewhat stormy quality as she stroked him. She didn’t like being reminded of that day for a number of reasons, but that (aside from the most obvious, of course) was the most prominent.

“No one’s turning you into a statue, Diablo,” she reassured him. “You know I wouldn’t let that happen.”

Still, she could not help feeling somewhat grateful when Jasmine reassured the raven not only that she could take care of herself, but that harming her would bring down the wrath of the army.

“Well, I should hope so,” was the dark fairy’s dry reply, “considering all that I’ve done for them.”

[Linkara]

Linkara was relieved and grateful for Marz's help. So he quickly put Spoony, who seemed very tired from the swimming he dealt with, in the towel and made the man lay down and covered him in blankets to keep him warm. Sure he was wounded, but Linkara bandaged it already and it wasn't bad, if anything the worst Spoony could get was the flu due to being so cold. Linkara knew Marzgurl was handling Ma-Ti but felt like the boy needed more comfort now more than ever. Linkara turned to Linksano, shocked at his neck problem and offered the scientist a pat on the shoulder. Linkara said softly "You did plenty Linksano. But I appreciate you helping anyway. Could you just check Holmes for me? He's really bad. Splinter's got Critic. And I'll do whatever I can with Ma-Ti" Linkara breathed and responded firmly "Then after Holmes you rest ok? You've done a lot"

Linkara then went over ignoring Ma-Ti's slight body protests and nodded to what Linksano and Marzgurl were saying, focusing on his wound some of which were reopening because Ma-Ti was moving. Linkara sternly responded "Rest and stay still Ma-Ti. Your wounds are pretty bad. I need you to lay down and stay still please"

"It is no trouble Rouge. We are a team, a team that must stay united for the things to come" Splinter said, his smile very tired but happy to see Rouge was calm. The old rat pondered at Rouge's words, touched that he reminded her of a friend of hers. It meant a lot to the humble rat. "You also remind me of a friend I have. April O'Neil was her name. She was passionate and kind" Splinter said with a single smile, meaning every word he said. Splinter never lied about anything unless it protected him or suited his needs. Splinter finally checked over to Spoony and smiled seeing the man fast asleep the minute he was under the covers. Good, Spoony deserved a rest.

He then went to Critic who also was extremely tired and falling asleep. Splinter rose him up gently to check all the wounds he had, clean them and bandage them. It took at least five minutes and Critic stood still. Eventually Splinter was finished and after Critic talked a tiny bit to Chick, Splinter covered him up and Critic relunctinately allowed his body to recharge and Critic fell asleep

Critic smiled to Chick back "Alright. I'm just glad that's all that happened. If he ever did worse to you I'd smash him" Critic then responded one last thing as Splinter did the finishing touches on his bandaged body "I'm glad that we all made it in one piece. I'll figure how to fix everything. I just need a rest then I'll do something"

Splinter had no problem to getting Critic to the bed. Critic looked to the others, as if apoligizing for being so tired, before licking his dry lips and sighed, closing his eyes at the same time. Critic covered himself up and he was instantly out

Kiara was content with the answers she recieved and stayed waiting for the next best thing. She saw tired, wounded or somewhat sick people here. She didn't like it but this was better than dead or beaten to death people. Kiara sat, quietly, and was patiently watching.

Holmes felt that the scientist was going to thank him. He was unsurprised. Flattered but unsurprised. Holmes allowed the scientist to check him over, bandage him and check his stabbings as well as clean them. Despite wincing and moans of pain, Sherlock was content enough to stay still. He allowed Linksano to ramble and thank constantly of what Holmes did. Taking it for consideration and was glad for Linksano's survival. He never had a lot of friends before, except Watson but Linksano, Stone, Dr. Tease, Donatello, Tony Stark and Angry Joe were now on his list of close friends. Sure the entire army meant a lot to him and he was loyal to Nostalgia Critic but the people mentioned were ones he was certain he would kill or die over. Completely and willingly.

"It is no trouble Linksano. You are important to this team... And quite frankly important to me. You are my friend. Do not thank me" Sherlock said, softly and touched by Linksano's words. He continued on, hissing as he moved his leg that was stabbed "Damn. I must focus on the forcefield then. It was clear in his voice, which was bitter and hateful to Mechakara.

Sherlock turned to Linksano's eyes and sighed "You and your group. Linkara's group. You have dealt with him far too long. I see it in your emotions. I am sorry I didn't kill him myself"

Diablo winced seeing her reaction. He hadn't meant to upset her.

"Sorry mistress. I didn't meant to upset you. I know that time wasn't pleasant for you either." thought Diablo.

"Yes. You're an important member of this army Maleficent. They've seen since you first joined here. We may not all agree on everything but you're one of our strongest members. Hopefully things will work out soon. We'll get our missing members back and make our enemies pay for all our past failures and for taking our friends in the first place." said Grimhilde.

"She's right. They may not always show it but we are all grateful you're here Maleficent. We know you could have joined Ask That Guy's army or joined them at any time if you wanted. I'm glad you chose to come here and stay. I'm glad I got to meet you and that we're friends.." said Jasmine.

Marzgurl smiled as she helped Linakra and soon Spoony was asleep. She stepped aside turning to the others. She then watched as Critic, Chick, and Ma-Ti soon all fell asleep. She rejoined the others seeing there wasn't much else she could do.

Mrs. Potts saw Chick was taken care of as she turned to her.

"Get some sleep now child. The others are heading to sleep. You'll feel a little better after some rest." said Mrs. Potts.

Mrs. Potts then stepped aside joining Marzgurl and the rest of the group letting Splinter, Linkara, and Linksano do their work.

Chick nodded and sighed seeing it was pointless to argue.


"I'm glad you're here Mrs. Potts. You, Marzgurl, Splinter, Linkara, and Linksano sure to do make a great medical team." said Chick.

She nodded and soon fell asleep as her head hit the pillow.

Ma-Ti sighed hearing Critic and Spoony were alright although not seeing them. He sighed as he drifted off to sleep thanks to the drugs Linkara had given him.

Linksano smiled at Linkara grateful for the praise.

"Thank you Linkara. I just wish I could have done more. Like disabled that robot for good. But I'll get him next time for sure." said Linksano.

He then turned to Holmes and smiled.

"Thank you. I'm glad to have friends like you. Perhaps if I had more friends in time I wouldn't have been driven insane. You see I was once an internet reviewer who liked to read comic books. I was Linkara once. But the pressure became too much and I became Linksano and enjoy tinkering with devices and building things. Although I do read comics still. I just leave the reviewing up to my counterpart." said Linksano.

He paused as Holmes said he would need to work on the forcefield.

"We've all tried. Anything we would do he'd adapt to eventually somehow. A shame though. He was once a good robot named Pollo. But he was driven mad by neglect and abuse from an evil version of Linkara in his world. He killed Linkara and used his body to become the cyborg he is today. That's why he looks like him. I pity what he went through but he's done so much evil now I wonder if there's anything of his original self left in him." said Linksano.

Rogue nodded listening to Splinter.

"You're right. Thanks Master Splinter." said Rogue

She smiled as he said he reminded her of his friend April.

"I'm sorry about losing your other sons. One being on Facilier's army and two on Ask That Guy's doesn't help much. I know what it's like to end up fighting your family. My mother Mystique was one my most powerful enemies a shape shifting mutant. I had two half-brothers Nightcrawler and Creed. Nightcrawler was a mutant and he could teleport and looked like an blue furred animal. Creed was just like his father and mine. They wanted to destroy mutants and Creed tried to kill Nightcrawler, Mystique, and myself. We survived though. I see Nightcrawler when I can but my mother has chosen to align herself with evil mutants like Magneto and Apocalypse. I don't know if we'll ever see eye to eye so I know how it feels to worry about your family and have to fight them. So if you need someone to talk to just let me know." said Rogue.

Living Room:

Jasmine, Grimhilde, Diablo, Roses, Marzgurl, Rogue, and Kim were all seated in the living room eating some sandwiches and drinks that Mrs. Potts had made quickly. She had made something quickly in case anyone was hungry. It had only been about an hour since they'd returned from the battle. Splinter and Mrs. Potts both occasionally went to check on the others but for now they were all here trying to relax.

Spoony and Critic sleeping peacefully along with Ma-Ti and Chick made Linkara content. He turned to Marzgurl and the others, the healthy ones, gather up to relax upstairs. He looked to Spoony who was probably the most peaceful looking one and breathed glad that he wasn't that bad and just needed a dry peaceful rest. Critic slept contently, if not gratefully and breathed quietly. Lilo listened to all the talking and just held onto Kim above all else. Out of the people, Lilo felt closer to Kim. She just knew the teen more and was more trusting to her. Kiara got quickly bored since she knew the sick were tended and the injured were tended too, so she was the first to go upstairs

Holmes listened, fine with just not talking. He was too tired to. He nodded and frowned expressively about Mechakara. Holmes growled a bit at the fact previously Mechakara was worse and therefore even harder to get rid of. Not to mention Mechakara was just a simply bitter Pollo. Whoever pollo was he immediately assumed it was a ally of Linksano and it didn't bother him too much. He had his leg to worry about. Holmes sighed aware and just letting the scientist explain the problem with finding a solution to Mechakara's end. "Well, dear Linksano. We will worry about it later. Right now you have done enough and need a break and I must rest myself. My leg overpowers my train of thought. Do forgive me" He hissed and Splinter came by and bandaged up Holmes' leg and helped the human go on the cot.

"Again, Linksano, I am glad you made it out. If I see that robot near you again... I will think of something" Holmes said before deciding to rest, and so fell asleep.

Splinter cringed at the mention of his three remaining sons being villains and seperated away from him. It was still raw to acknowledge this. He was grateful for Donatello, he always loved his children equally and loyally but it was hard to be content with just one son. It was even harder to acknowledge his ATG serving sons were lied to and his eldest brainwashed to the point of complete ammesia. It would be hard to deal with this but Splinter knew in order to help Donatello and get the other three back, he had to acknowledge the pain and let it out. He then heard Rouge's family troubles and was sorry for her. Enough to offer his hand and pat hers in complete sympathy and gratitude. The old rat sighed and responded "Family is my most important possession. I love Donatello more than life and love my sons more than life, I love them equally but it is hard to be content with only one of my sons. I am sure you understand. I will talk if I ever want to but right now I must focus on my patients and Donatello's emotional stress. He needs me more than ever. I must be strong. But thank you Rogue"

Splinter then went over and cleaned up some of the mess of the medical bay and heard the others walk out. Leaving him with Mrs. Potts

While Linkara, Kiara and Lilo were sitting with the others eating, drinking and quietly talking. Holmes, Critic and Spoony still slept as much as they could. Splinter sighed, the stress of healing taking over and he sat on a chair for a moment and covered his face to just take a breather. He smiled to Mrs. Potts and responded "Mrs. Potts, I never had the chance to thank you for your help. Thank you"

“I know you didn’t,” Maleficent comforted Diablo, continuing to stroke him. “I just don’t like to be reminded of it, that’s all.”

The dark fairy listened as first Grimhilde, then Jasmine reassured her that she was appreciated, telling her that she was one of the strongest members of the army. She already knew this to be true, of course, but hearing it from them pleased her immensely. They would tell her this only if they truly meant it, not just to stroke her ego and potentially gain her favor (unlike some other people she could think of).

Knowing that there was nothing more she could do here, Maleficent followed Grimhilde and Jasmine to the living room. Her stomach rumbled faintly at the sight and scent of the sandwiches – she had forgotten how hungry she was.
