A Day To Relax

(February 20th. Open to everyone on Critic's side. A relaxing thread.)

Critic, Chick, Linkara, and Marzgurl had given everyone the day off to relax as they'd been approached for a battle tomorrow by Facilier's faction that had broken away. Everyone had been working hard to be their best but they knew they would need some downtime.

Queen Grimhilde was the first to walk out into the living room. She was healing nicely from the wounds. Ace, Maleficent, and Jasmine had wanted her to take it easy. And for the most part she had. She had still insisted on making potions as she felt like she was doing something. This way the others could have a bit of magic in case they needed as she knew they were several magic users on Facilier's side and Ask That Guy's side. And so far they only had her, Maleficent, and Linkara on this side. She took a seat wondering if anyone else would show up.

Elisa walked in smiling seeing Grimhilde. She heading into the kitchen getting a dr. pepper from the fridge and taking a seat. She was glad they had time to relax. She'd been working hard to be better at this. She still hadn't made Ask That Guy pay for killing her cousin. And of course he still had others brainwashed or tricked under his control still. Goggles, Gi, Raphael, Michelangelo, Pinocchio, and who knows how many others. She knew Nella had taken the split harder than she expected. She knew Nella missed Pinocchio and hoped they could find a way to show that little boy and the others the truth some day.

Mrs. Potts walked in humming as she headed into the kitchen and started to prepare a lunch for everyone. She'd gotten used to being here and was glad Belle was here. Although she knew Chip, and the others missed them both. She just hoped they ended this war and found a way back home soon.

Freckles wandered in with Tender Heart and Littlefoot. The trio headed to the backyard and began playing tag with Littlefoot being it while Freckles and Tender Heart ran off with Littlefoot chasing after them.

Marzgurl walked in next getting a pepsi from the fridge and taking a seat in the living room next to Elisa. She looked over at Grimhilde and smiled.

"Don't worry. We'll get Chester, Iheart, and the others back soon. We're not letting them get away with this." said Marzgurl.

Grimhilde nodded.

"You had better not. Ace and I didn't have time to free anyone other that ourselves and Freckles as we were discovered. At least Harvey rescued Rachel and Lottie. But they still have Chester, Nani, Iheart, and Snob. They actually have one of our leaders. We must be very careful." said Grimhilde.

Rachel walked and sat on the couch. The spoiled woman sighed she really missed 90 's Kid and she asked some of the girls :"Hmmm have you seen 90 's Kid latley? I didn't see him in the last couple of days" Rach replied.

A old creamy lioness walked in the house and laied down on the floor , her ears were flicking , Sarafina was tired so she began to close her dark green eyes and she slept.

Maleficent edged her way down the stairs to the living room, mindful of the bandages that lurked beneath her dress. While they were nowhere near as serious or painful as they had been at first, her wounds were still enough of both to keep her out the action thus far. It was something that frustrated the dark fairy to no end. She missed the battles and training. Outside of her will-o'-the-wisp spell, she hadn't even used any magic since the attack on the grounds that the darkness of it might negatively affect her recovery.

Maleficent reached the end of the staircase and, after a pause to lean on her staff for support, made her way into the living room. A small crowd had already gathered, and she settled herself into an armchair a slight distance from them.

"How are you feeling?" she asked Grimhilde.

Marzgurl looked up as Rachel entered the room.

"No. I haven't. I think he's pretty upset about Chester, Iheart, and the others still being captured. They got really close you know. I know he's glad you're back. I'm glad you and Lottie were rescued. And Grmihilde, Freckles, and Ace escaped. Now we just need Iheart and the others back." said Marzgurl.

She sighed knowing it wouldn't be easy. Grimhilde had used the Magic Mirror and discovered they had been taken by Facilier's group who had broken away from Ask That Guy. And right now they weren't sure where their new group was. For the moment it was being cloaked from the Magic Mirror and with Facilier, Rita, Malachite, and Dark Heart on their team she knew they had enough magic to do it.

Elisa looked at Rachel and shook her head.

"Sorry. I haven't seen him much lately either. Maybe he's hanging out with Harvey or Linkara. Marzgurl is right. He's just upset about losing Chester and the others. We all are. But we're going to get them back." said Elisa.

Grimhilde looked at Maleficent as she entered and smiled seeing she was healing up a bit.

"I'm alright. Not completely back to normal unfortunately. I'd love to go out there and fight tomorrow but Splinter and Mrs. Potts believe I should rest a few more days so I will. How about you? You feeling any better?" said Grimhilde.

Grimhilde paused still annoyed she couldn't go and fight. She knew Ace and Maleficent felt the same way but Maleficent was probably more healed up than they were. Maybe she was going to fight tomorrow?

"I have been making my potions though for the others. Facilier and Ask That Guy may have split into two armies but both still have more magic users than us. We need more magic allies. With the two of us injured Linkara's our main magic user and he mostly just has magical items. I wish we had more magic users here or we were able to teach others magic." said Grimhilde.

"As would I, Grimhilde."

Maleficent longed for the thrill of battle, the sensation of adrenaline coursing through her veins, the sheer power she felt when she used her magic to attack and crush her enemies.

The fairy paused for a moment, considering her condition.

"In theory, I suppose I could," she mused. "I have been feeling better. However, I haven't had the chance to train since getting injured."

It was only about eleven days ago that she had been deemed well enough to leave her bed without the aid of her will-o'-the-wisp spell.

A bitter chuckle escaped her.

"I haven't used my magic in almost a month."

"Yeah I guess you're right... but I still miss him y'know?" Rachel replied to Eliza and Marzgurl blinking her beautiful green eyes and she sighed. Rach wanted to see her friends again and she began to think of her old gang in New York city where she and Ross and the others had always fun.

[Queen Grimhilde]

Grimhilde smiled as she listened to her. Maleficent seemed unsure if she could fight again.

"Perhaps you should test your abilities in the backyard or our training area. That way if you're not up to it you're not leaving in the middle of a battle. And if you are you can pay them back for what they've done to you, to me, to Ace, and capturing our friends. We need to rescue our missing members and strike a blow on the other armies. Now they're split in two they're even weaker than ever. Now's the time to strike." said Grimhilde.

Marzgurl turned hearing Rachel.

"Cheer up. You guys will be hanging out again before you know it." said Marzgurl.

Elisa nodded.

"Yeah. At least you two have boyfriends. I'm single at the moment. Even Dr. Tease has a boyfriend." said Elisa.

She was still surprised Dr. Tease and Captain America were going out. She hadn't expected that pairing. She turned overhearing the end of Maleficent & Grimhilde's conversation.

"Don't worry we will rescue our friends. As for striking the armies we're fighting Facilier's group tomorrow. Surely we can stop them or at least hurt a few of them." Said Elisa.

"Yes you're right Eliza and Marzgurl but Ross was diffrent he was my boyfriend but I hope he is okay with the gang" Rachel said happily as she the other girls replied to her

Back yard:

"Freckles! Where are you?!" Darla responded as she ran to see her sister with Littlefoot and Tenderfoot. Not far behind the dalmatian dog, Kiara and Lilo were walking outside when they spotted(No pun intended) darla. Lilo smiled to her and responded "Heya Darla wanna go outside with us?"

"Yeah it'll be fun!" Kiara responded

Darla smiled to her new friends and nodded in agreement before running outside. Darla then responded "Hey guys mind if we join in?"

Front Porch:

Lottie was bittersweet about her return. On one hand, she was with Harvey and had his sweet assuring smile back and his soft kisses to her cheek when they were on the way back. Also, she had her true friends with her, plus rachel also was a success in getting back. On the other hand, IHeart, Chester, Snob and Nani were still held accountable as prisoners. That didn't seem ok with her at all and she could tell Harvey needed both of them to be satisfied with his army.

As she sat beside her beloved Finevoice out in the front porch, his arms around her and her head againest his chest, she couldn't help but not feel quite... well... content. She shifted slightly to be more comfortable but the thoughts of the other three went firmly in her mind.

Spoony's Room:

Spoony was not satisfied. At all. On the contrary it made him angrier. As he sat in the main bedroom, where the main leaders stayed(Critic, Chick, Linkara, Marzgurl and Snob along with himself) he growled at the thought of BLS and Ask Thatguy still having clutches over the fate of some of his army members. Critic said to forget about it today but he couldn't and didn't want to.

"Hey are you alright?"

A random voice caused Spoony to turn and it turned out he was being observed by one of his allies. Spoony looked down and responded "No. I want them back. All of them. Including Snob. We didn't win, we still have a hell of a long way to go"

Back Yard:

Littlefoot, Tender heart, and Freckles looked up hearing Darla and the others arrive.

"Sure. It's more fun playing with more people anyway. So what do you guys want to play?" said Freckles.

Despite her anger at Patch switching sides she still found she missed him. And perhaps she'd been too hard on him. He didn't want to leave them he just liked Mechakara she realized. And she could understand that. She liked Critic and the others here too. Who knows if she'd stayed longer maybe she'd have grown to like Mechakara and the others but she doubted it. They all scared her. She turned looking at Darla. First Patch had switched sides and then Cadpig had made herself scarce again. She probably took Patch leaving just as hard as her and Darla. She had to be there for her sisters. She smiled walking over to Darla and the others.

Tender Heart could sense Freckles's conflict cause of his powers. He wasn't sure what was it about but he guessed it had something to do with Patch, or Cadpig. But he wouldn't pry. Besides having fun might cheer them all up.

"We could always play tag. Unless anyone has any other ideas?" said Tender Heart.

"Well we could play hide and seek although there's not that many places to hide in the yard. Hmm. Anyone have any other suggestions? Or should we just play tag?" said Littlefoot.

Living Room:

"Well Ross and your friends will be fine. We don't know how time flows in your world. For all we know we could send you back around the time you left so no one would know you were gone." said Marzgurl.

"She's right. In the meantime enjoy yourself. You're free. You're back with us and 90's Kid. I'm sure he'll turn up soon." said Elisa.

Spoony's Room:

Ma-Ti walked in seeing Spoony. He was taking it hard probably just as hard as him. They'd gotten Rachel and Lottie back but lost Snob. And hearing they'd beaten Iheart and Chester more made him nervous. Lottie, Rachel, and Nani apparently were the only ones not physicall hurt during their time there. Although he supposed they could still hurt Nani if they wanted.

"Are you alright?" asked Ma-Ti walking in.

He turned hearing Spoony and nodded. Spoony had helped him and now it was time to return the favor. Both of them missed their girlfriends Goggles and Iheart, as well as Nani, Chester, and Snob. He walked forward and put a hand on his shoulder.

"We'll get them back Spoony. I have to believe that. Iheart, Snob, Chester, and Nani. And we'll get Gi, Goggles, and the others they've brainwashed or tricked. Seeing Gi again I was so happy. The Planeteers were like my family and now she hates me." said Ma-Ti.

He paused and smiled hugging him.

"But you guys have become my new family. You know we once shared a body and since then I've just felt close to you. Like a brother. I may never see my home or my old friends again. But as long as I have you guys I'll be ok. I know we're going after Iheart, Goggles, and the others soon. Just promise me you'll stay safe. I don't want to get Goggles, Iheart, and the others back and lose you." said Ma-Ti.

He'd lost two families already. His parents and then the Planeteers. The reviewers had become a third family to him. He didn't want to lose any of them.

[Spoony]

Back Yard:

Darla was glad Freckles was around. Cadpig and Rolly were so depressed about Patch they'd hide out most of the day. It caused her to think that Patch was nothing more than thinking about himself, but that was stupid thinking. Patch showed regret or at least that's what Freckles told her. Ever since the capture, Freckles was basically the ringleader of the pups and she was taking this harshly. Especially since her friend/implied master IHeart was still not around. Darla nuzzled Freckles, simply because and waited for the others to think of something

"Hide and seek seems kinda hard to do so I say tag's the way to go" Lilo responded. Kiara scoffed but responded "Sure. Better than staying inside all the time. They're just talking in there. Boring" Kiara then smirked "You're it Lilo!" With that tag, Kiara ran and Lilo laughed. Darla giggled before responded to Freckles "We may wanna run!"

Living Room:

As if Marzgurl predicted the future, the upset teen went downstairs. He heard Rachel overtalking about him and felt a bit prideful to be called "boyfriend" then again he liked rachel far more now that she was back. She was so sweet, so beautiful, so...

So staring at him. 90's kid blushed and quickly put his arm around rachel and responded "Hiya Rachel. You ok? You're still wounded and things. You should rest or something"

Spoony's Room:

Spoony honestly wanted to believe Ma-Ti, but it was somewhat hard to. After all, Snob got captured and he sent Rouge to get the captives. Well if it wasn't for Harvey and Rouge, they'd probably be all captured and it'd be a huge failure. Spoony suddenly listened to all of Ma-Ti's words and felt slightly limp as he allowed the teen boy to hug him. It was clear Ma-Ti wanted to help and be there for the older man and Spoony was touched by the boy's kindness. Ma-Ti had a lot of stuff on his plate and he still cared for the others, himself included

Spoony hugged back tightly, appreciating this moment with his friend. He was family to Ma-Ti and Spoony felt that Ma-Ti needed a family and as crazy and obsessive as they were, they were all he had and Spoony was determinded to keep it the way it was for not only ma-ti's sake but his own. Besides, Goggles was now with Facilier and that made it a bit easier to get back at the bastard who helped BLS take his love.

"Don't worry Ma-Ti. I'll be ok. I promise. We WILL get them back, you're right about that. You better promise ME that YOU will be safe. Can't have it one way alright?" Spoony commented

Living Room:

Rachel saw Lottie and she smiled and she turned her head to Eliza and Marzgurl and she replied :"I guess you're both right" Rachel replied and then she saw 90's Kid wrapped his arms around her and she replied :"Honey , I'm okay , I know I should rest but I want to be with you , y'know" Rach smiled a sweet smile.

"Yes, I think that would be best," Maleficent replied calmly.

In all honesty, the dark fairy had been considering doing that very thing before she came downstairs. With the battle coming up tomorrow, she couldn't afford to not know what level her powers were at now, particularly since she had intended to participate.

A faint smirk crossed Maleficent's face at the mention of the split between their enemies. When she had first heard the news, she had been torn on how to feel. On one hand, it meant that they were now up against two armies rather than one, but on the other, it meant that their foes were half as strong as they had been originally.

"Would you like to join me, Grimhilde?"

Back Yard:

Freckles nuzzled her back. She missed hanging out with Cadpig and Rolly but at least they were safe.

"You ok Darla? If you want to talk we don't have to play. I miss them too. Cadpig and Rolly might as well be miles away. And Patch... I still hate he left but I can't hate him. He just found a new friend. I just wish he couldn't have found that friend here." said Freckles.

She paused as the game started looking at Darla. If she wanted to talk they could head to the porch or back inside. But if she wanted to play then they'd play.

Littlefoot and Tender Heart both took off running deciding to leave the two puppies to talk knowing they'd join later when they wanted to. Tag was always fun and the more people who played the better. Littlefoot was nearing the edge of the fence as he turned and kept going. Tender Heart had run in another direction only to see he'd come to the fence and stopped to take a break not seeing Lilo near him yet. But she was pretty fast for a kid. So he had to be ready.

Living Room:

Marzgurl & Elisa watched as 90's Kid & Rachel reunited. They smiled glad the couple was reunited.

"At least someone has a happy ending." said Elisa.

"Oh be quiet. You're just jealous." said Marzgurl.

Elisa frowned but still smiled anyway just glad to see Rachel happy again. If only they could free Snob and the others then things would really be happy here again.

Grimhilde nodded following her before realizing the children were playing in the backyard and Lottie & Harvey on the front porch.

"Amusing but it won't exactly help you train. I suppose we could try the woods or something." said Grimhilde.

Spoony's Room:

Ma-Ti nodded at him.

"Thanks. And yeah I promise I'll try to be safe. I know we can't guarantee anything here. People have gotten hurt and kidnapped before. But I'll do my best to stay safe. I just wish we could have Iheart, Goggles, and the rest back now. It's just not fair. Just when we rescued Chick, Morpheus, and Patch, Patch deserted us and then we lost more friends. We can't keep doing this. We can't rescue our friends only to lose more. We have to find a way to keep our friends, our family, this army safe." said Ma-Ti.

He paused looking down.

"I just wish I could save Gi. I don't know if that's Faciler's work or if she's been like that after I got pulled here. Knowing she's still alive but she's stuck like that makes it worse. I know the real Gi is inside there somewhere. I just wish I know how to reach her." said Ma-Ti.

"I'm fine and I will rest can you show me the bed room please?" Rachel asked sweetly 90's Kid and of course she was blushing a pink rosy color or her cheeks. Rach smiled sweetly at the man.
